My fav place in SF. Sandra is the best, most helpful host ever. And her studio is a home away from home, in a great location full of restaurants, coffee shop and parks.

We loved staying at this location. Our host was easy to communicate with and flexible to our needs. The unit looked exactly like the photos, and was such a welcome place to come home to. The location also was safe and in a walkable area. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Great location! Easy walking and easy to grab an Uber or have food delivered. Japan town is a great location to be in. We will now always stay in this area when visiting SF. It was quiet enough and also busy enough to find things in the area. You also have to try Sweet Maples for brunch…very walkable from the b&b. Everything was super clean and we felt super safe! If you’re driving DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT ON THE STREET. And be sure to remove EVERYTHING from your car. You can park at the Japan Center down the road for $30 a day. It’s well worth it! If you are a light sleeper the only thing I would say is maybe just bring ear plugs. You are located in a converted basement area. So you can hear all foot steps and closing doors above you. We were absolutely fine with it but it’s just a personal preference and thought it worth mentioning. Also need to try Jane’s bakery- their sandwiches and marshmallow chocolate chip potato crisp cookie….WOW. Only a 10 minute walk away.

We had the most lovely stay here! Our hosts were quick to respond to any question -- they met us in person to show us the place. You basically have a private backyard and are in a perfect quiet neighborhood. I hope to come back soon because this was the perfect place for our month in SF. Everything is well designed, the fire place works great, dishwasher works well, nice pots and pans. So close to Fillmore and Lafayette Park. 10/10
