Pop studio open to the garden.

Our colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house. We live upstairs. The studio consists of a living room, a bedroom area with 1 double bed, a kitchenette, an office area and a small bathroom/WC. It opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully; =)

Located between Nantes (25 min) and Rennes (40 min), 1 hour from the sea and 3h30 from Paris, this charming blue stone building on 4 levels sits on the edge of a village filled with friendly Gauls. Surrounded by greenery (>1000m2), by a river (swimmable), you can enjoy the calm of this place, but also practice sports (Crossfit, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike rides), games (ping pong, foosball, darts, board games) and fishing.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

(Supermarket, pharmacy, lunch, tobacco bar, bakery). you will have a private terrace, parking space and internet connection.
