The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. This centrally located place has easy access to services and various hobbies. The location of the apartment is quiet, it is part of the old wooden house district with parks and playgrounds. The apartment is also a good fit for families with children. There are plenty of free parking spaces and long-distance and local transport stops near the apartment. There is a shop, grocery store and restaurant services nearby. You can easily find your way to the city center, the national city park and the medieval castle of Häme.

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Just a 35-minute drive from Helsinki and airport, in the forrest of our House Kekkapaa ; a perfect romantic weekend getaway if you want to enjoy a private wood-fired sauna( only in your use ) , the peaceful Espoo countryside, and the surrounding nature. We are within walking distance of Lake Myllyjärvi and Backby Manor with its spa and restaurant services. On our farm, you’ll also find dogs, horses, a cat, and chickens. The cabin was originally designed by an architect family for themselves.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Enjoy the ease of life in this quiet, centrally located place. The apartment is next to shopping centers, conveniently close to all services. It is easy to get there and easy to leave, by bus, train and car. Private parking space next to the door. The apartment is on the top floor of the elevator house, on the quiet courtyard side and has a spacious balcony. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a Chromecast and a large 4K TV. The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140.

Villa Sairio: old-time idyll behind the HML station

Sairio: really close. You can walk to us from the train station, and you can walk from us to go swimming. You can also reach us by bus and by car. Our house is from 1929, but the apartment was renovated in 2018. The room has beds for 2 adults and 1. A spare mattress can be found if needed. In the small kitchen you can enjoy morning coffee and evening meals. Private spacious bathroom. The lush yard offers space to relax. In summer, there is a terrace with dining tables and hammocks.

The House with a Spa

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.
