Holiday houses in Jamindan

I really enjoyed my time here. My review will be coloured by the fact that I was the only guest during my stay due to giving staff time off for Christmas. I had the entire top floor to myself which was extraordinary. First of all, the photos of the listing are perfectly accurate. The rooms are clean and the a/c works well. The third floor patio is a paradise. The roof is insulated and temperate both day and night. I was surprised how quiet it was at night despite being in the middle of the city. I worked nights happily out on the patio with my laptop. The shared kitchen has all the essentials as well as lockboxes with dishes and utensils for each resident which is a nice feature for anyone planning to stay a while. There is laundry on site for a small fee. The location is superb. Both malls are easily within walking distance and all amenities. Celi is a gracious host and treated me very kindly. The site security is top notch. If you want a safe, quiet place to stay this is it!

Had the best accommodation in Capiz! The place is homey and far from the usual accommodations we had. It’s one tricycle away to Baybay Beach and Panay. The place is clean and has no foul smell. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is dated and needs improvement but nothing major. Janelle is also very helpful and responsive. She allowed us to do a late check out with a very minimal fee since our flight is at 6pm. I love Roxas City and will stay again here once we’re back.

Fran’s place was in a really nice location. The view every sunrise and sunset is majestic. There is a cell site for globe, so signal isn’t an issue. Not to mention it’s cheap for it’s quality. Thank you so much, Fran!

Ana and her mother, Grace were absolutely amazing host. They went over and above what I expected from a host. The daughter-mother duo were extremely welcoming. They made me feel at home immediately. They were a force to be reckoned with. They were extremely hospitable, attentive, helpful on information about the area, recommended places to visits and eat out. The location was accessible to almost everything-banks, groceries, restaurants, public transportation etc.. What I truly loved about my stay at Ana's Unit was the fact that the daughter-mother duo truly loved hosting. This just rubs on you. and you start to enjoy your stay from the get go. I was in Kalibo for business trip and found out that Aklan celebrated the Chinese New Year. I was not able to do any transactions on my first day because all the government offices were closed. If not for Grace help, I would have not completed my business in a day. My stay at Ana's unit was 5 5TAR. I highly recommend this place.

I booked this place for my girlfriend the staff helped me plan her arrival everything was wonderful and friendly would give 6 stars I hope the staff remains accommodating and friendly.
