Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Jamestown

Randi was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful, and very flexible. Really made our stay enjoyable and was kind enough to be really flexible with our check out our last day so we could enjoy the beautiful weather. The home was immaculate and beautiful. Very close to amazing restaurants, the cliff walk, the beach etc. The house was stocked with all necessities and then some! We had such a lovely stay and felt right at home. Can’t say enough great things about this home, I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Lovely stay in this 2nd floor apartment. Such a quiet neighborhood but so close to Newport. Beautiful floors and comfortable beds, would recommend!

Exactly what we were hoping for! Location and view were outstanding. The working dock was so fun to watch!! Everything was fantastic!!!

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout the entire stay. The location was perfect, close to [mention nearby attractions, restaurants, or points of interest], which made getting around super convenient. I especially appreciated [mention a personal highlight: thoughtful amenities, cozy bed, great view, etc.]. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Chris’s place was a perfect location in Newport. It’s a timeshare so there’s a couple different people on Airbnb that list them. I had contacted several before finding Chris and they all hadn’t updated their calendar. Chris’s was up to date and he was so responsive. If you want to stay at this location I highly recommend booking with Chris versus others. The resort was a great location and easy to walk to everything Newport had to offer. The space was older but clean and perfectly laid out for a girls trip. We had so much fun! Thanks Chris for being a great host.

the pictures does this place no justice, believe me it is a beauty in person, so much room and so peaceful and quiet.

Amy’s Beachside retreat was absolutely beautiful , spotless , she was available always , very informative with her guest book for her quests to see what’s in the area , she went above and beyond I would highly recommend her vacation rentals. Amy answered every question I had before arriving during and after. Amy was very kind and takes quite pride in her vacation rental and goes out of her way for her vacationers ,My family had a wonderful time and appreciate the care she takes in her vacation home. Thank you so much!!!

Joe was an amazing host! His property was immaculate. So much space. Linens were clean and soft. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Great design choices and amenities. Barry was extremely accommodating. We traveled with a little dog and a young baby and found the place to be very suited for both.

Five stars are not enough to describe our experience. Firstly, the host was very responsive and flexible and did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The home is wonderful and had plenty of features (from the home theater to a pool table) to keep us entertained during our stay. The rooms were sizable and had everything we needed. Most of all, my experience with the host, Balby, was nothing short of amazing. He is such a warm and wonderful person it's hard to leave without the feeling that you've met a new friend. My son and I can't wait to come back. Thank you again for making this such a wonderful trip!

He was supper great host great communication and very easy going definitely will stay next time I’m in town
