Apartment holiday rentals in Jamestown

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

Beautiful place and Rebecca and her husband were extremely helpful/ quick to respond.

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

Connie's place was an excellent stay in the heart of Jamestown. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk down the main street to all the restaurants and shops. We took the Ferry over to Newport one day and it was easy and a great way to enjoy the bay! Connie had everything we needed for our stay, and it was much appreciated as I had forgotten a few toiletries that luckily, she had in the apartment. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family who come visit the area!

We had a delightful stay while coming to a graduation in Providence. Our hosts were responsive and super friendly. The place is clean and tidy and exactly as described. I wish we were in Wilford longer and could have stayed to see the parade go right by our front door! Hopefully, next time.

Everything about our stay was great. Sue was extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating, and her place was perfect for our stay - immaculate with an awesome shower, and perfectly located, with just a short walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Newport. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

She was amazing and the whole experience could not have been better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting not only Jamestown but Newport RI as well !

Was in town for a soccer tournament for my son and so happy to have found Christopher and Cynthia's home! The house was super close to URI, the quaint downtown and attractions. The home was a super clean, well-equipped, and in a quiet and beautiful setting. The place super cozy and had all the comforts of home. It was a wonderful refugee from the wet weather on the soccer fields! Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing your home with us! Oh, and Benson (the dog) was a total bonus! 😊

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It had everything we needed & there were fresh flowers which was such a nice touch. John was also very accomodating in allowing us to check in early. We appreciated that so much. Definitely recommend this place!

We can't express enough how perfect the Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is for us. Perfect for our needs and Tim & Maureen are the perfect hosts, always a text or phone call away if needed. It was our 2nd stay. The description about the space, etc. is spot on and you won't be disappointed. You will find little surprises upon arrival. One thing I would have loved to have done is spend time in the backyard with a glass of wine listening to the birds. Speaking of the birds, they certainly make the Chalet a better stay! I should mention, those who have trouble with stairs, which lead to the bedroom and bathroom, are narrow and steep...just go slow. I would describe the Chalet as ideal, cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to not all, but most of Newport, it's perfect!! Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is our go to when visiting the area. Beautiful and well-maintained place. We had a minor issue, but Jonas was very proactive in resolving it. Felt right at home.

Beautiful interior. Comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. I felt like I was Audrey Hepburn. Area is convenient and you are literally in walking distance of everything. I loved this experience it was beautiful. Thank you!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Middletown. You are a short drive from three huge beaches and from downtown Newport. The home is not directly on the water, but it has good views of the water both from the living room and from the widow's walk. The space is very large and comfortable -- particularly the living room, which felt bright and spacious even on rainy days. However, be aware that the two bedrooms are not equivalent: The master bedroom (which has a gorgeous attached bathroom) is noticeably nicer. The hosts were extremely responsive, informative, and flexible, and clearly worked hard to make sure our stay went well. I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to the area.
