Holiday houses in Jamestown

My friends and I decided go on a weekend getaway to decompress. We chose Joyce's Farmhouse because of it's privacy, quaintness and size of the space. I tell you what, we have no regrets! Kristie was kind, proactive in communication and responsive. Her husband came up and plowed after a big blizzard to make sure we could get out if we wanted to, and she made sure to give us ample notice. The space itself has a relaxing safe ambiance, akin to going home to grandma's house. The decor is quaint, with a lot of varied textures and media without feeling gaudy or cluttered, and there are several windows for natural light (all with coverings). The available sleeping arrangements are comfortable and varied for all preferences. There were several partitions throughout the house, which was nice when anyone of us needed some time to be alone without feeling not included. Overall, the listing is true to its word and it's well worth the price if you're looking for space and comfortability!

Awesome place to stay

We stayed here while hunting in the area. Great place with plenty of room for large groups, well stocked home. Ample trailer parking, bird cleaning area, and the summer kitchen is a great bonus with a grill, griddle etc. Jason communicated well about check in instructions and also called after check in to verify we didn’t have any questions and provide additional information.

The condo was used by my daughter and son in law while having a short stay in VC. They thought it was much better than a hotel room. When in VC again I’d see if it was available. Robert was very responsive.

We enjoyed staying at Susan's! we played some of the games, the boys enjoyed the X-Box upstairs! the view of the Lake was beautiful, and we used the kayak, paddle boards, and Lilly Pad several times!!! We also appreciated her recommendation for the Pontoon rental.

Such a beautiful place to stay. So clean and so comfortable! The decor is so nice. Kitchen is fully stocked - there is even a small spice rack to make cooking easier. The private entrance is really convenient. Love the Keurig!!

Corey did a great job communicating before and during our stay. The house was amazing! Great layout, decor, and very clean. We were extremely thankful to find a spot for our family to stay the night before my husband’s grandma’s funeral. We only needed a 1 night stay and we were happy to find such a great spot with such a short timeline. 10/10 would definitely stay here again! Thanks Corey! :)
