The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

This is an adorable rental and is in an amazing location. It is super close to Black Hills State University, a local park, downtown and restaurants. The local park that had a small farmers market on Saturday that was so fun. The creek is beautiful and has lots of benches to sit and enjoy the creek. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The place is small but perfect for a night or two. The bed was comfy, sheets were super soft and towels smelled fresh and clean. This was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it

Cottage #2 was a perfect tiny home to stay in. The first day I was there it was 70°. The next day it was 30° and snowing. The fireplace made the tiny house so cozy. My host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay again!
