The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, well decorated and organized. Ricardo always responded to us with agility and proactivity. The apartment is very well located, near Sans Souci, Fábrica da Cacau Show, and it is possible to walk to Capivari Park. We are very pleased with our hosting!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well located, impeccable apartment. I went with my husband, 2 teenage children and my mother and everyone really liked the apartment. Andreia's apartment is very comfortable and clean, however it is a little far from the center of Campos de Jordão, with no problem with a car. We very much like the silence of the place. A point of attention for future guests is parking spaces that are for small and medium cars. André who checked in and out was very attentive.

The house is very cozy, much better in person! Very well equiped kitchen, house complete with warm and comfortable bed clothes. Wonderful environment with lots of green, waterfall sound. Gisele Service is spotless! I would go back a thousand times, want to live there! Well requested porters! I loved it all!

I can only think of how good the location was! We were steps from the buzz of Capivari and at the same time in a very quiet area. The apartment very well accommodates a family of 4. Well-equipped kitchen and very clean. Comfortable beds. Fireplace working perfectly. The person who does the cleaning and cleaning of the apt received us and was very solicitous in the days leading up to our arrival (Tiago gave us her contact in advance, which gave us a lot of security). The only point of attention is the three flights of stairs that were no problem for our family, but can be an important factor for someone who has mobility issues.

Excellent stay! The apartment was impeccable, the location is very good, you can go to the center of Capivari on foot (if you like a short walk) . The rooms are great, comfortable beds and heater in the whole house. The kitchen was well equipped and the wifi worked very well. The building is very pleasant and tranqulio. Communication with the host was tranqulia, always attentive and responded quickly. We will definitely return, I recommend!

Our hosting was very nice! Owner Glória was kind and helpful and we found the house cozy! The three suites are large and comfortable. The bedroom on the ground floor is very small (it is a service room with an electric shower bathroom), but it was very useful for our group. The location is great and super easy to reach in Capivari (15 min walking). We thank and recommend this house!

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in, very complete, super quiet place, good to really rest and at the same time it was close to the center (Vila Capivari), we had access to everything. My family really loved and praised this space. It's much better than in the photos. Highly recommended. I'm here thinking that in winter it must be even better.
