Everything was perfect!

The location is great, close to everything, there is a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants next door. The apartment was all tidy and ready to accommodate us, there were 5 of us and it was comfortable. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the parking is in front of the building and not in the building, but it was safe to park and leave the car. And the heaters weren't working, we didn't get too cold so it was fine. Everything else was great!

Eduardo's apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos. It has a beautiful view. It has many utensils for cooking if you want. Very comfortable, a few minutes from the center. Very quiet, very peaceful condominium. It's worth getting to know!

It was all great, the kitchen is very complete, had forks, knives, glasses and openers, oven, microwave, stove, it is close to the center of capivari and to the portal, very good shower, the faucets are heated, my girlfriend liked the dryer, said that it is very strong, the condominium was quiet and quiet, the covers are very hot.

What a wonderful apartment! The photos match the place and it's even more beautiful in person. Extremely clean and organized, the host Paula attended to us very well, very attentive and helpful! We thought the decorations were beautiful and the best thing is the wine wall that is available for a very affordable price.

Impeccable Environment – The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with cozy decor and everything very clean and organized. Attentive Host – Olga and Helena were extremely helpful, with easy check-in and a demonstration of how the apartment worked. Amenities: Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and the little touches that make all the difference. Recommendation: Definitely one of the best places to stay in the area! We went as a couple, plus 2 teenagers and 1 baby of 1 and a half years. Congratulations, we'll be back.

If it wasn't for the other reviews I would say it's the first lease of this property. All very new, spotless. Luiza sent all the necessary information, and at the checkin Everaldo was super attentive. I definitely recommend it and I will also come back more often.

Extremely pleasant environment, clean, organized, lots of privacy. The host Luiz was very kind and attentive, provided a number of helpful recommendations, including one of them and loved it. Quiet place, as described, strong and hot shower, hydro inside the room (we were confused about this but it is inside the room which is great), spaces well divided by glass curtains, two smart TVs, hot air conditioning, cozy hotel. Everything perfect.

My stay was simply excellent! The apartment/hotel exceeded all expectations, the space is very well organized, clean and welcoming, with all the details thought out to offer comfort and practicality. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything I needed during my trip. We had an amazing time in Mr Fernando's apartment! Very pleasant environment, prepared in the smallest details, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host.
