the apartment is excellent , clean and gradavel, the host couple super receptive and careful , clean and quality linens, super comfortable beds, we give 100 percent on the note by the ap. We only miss a TV even though small in the double bedroom because we were a family of 4 people to watch TV in the room was uncomfortable if we had the TV in the room the 100 percent would turn 1000 percent because it was really the only thing that we missed only one TV on the fourth and nothing else , we loved the stay and we sure will come back .

I recommend the apt of Mr. Claudio. Very well located, covered space, you can walk to Capivari if you want. The apt is very well equipped with everything a family can need and with great space. Hot shower and hot taps. The village answered my late-night call to solve a problem which helped me a lot.

The apartment is excellent. Clean, organized and very functional. We have breakfast in the apartment, as it is well equipped with coffee maker and sandwich maker. The location is great, we did everything on foot, as it is close to the Capivari Park and the gastronomic center. The route is very safe. I hope to come back more often. ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment, I recommend and I will definitely return! Very cozy, close to everything, a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view. You don't have to worry about anything, it has iron and ironing board, basic cooking utensils, we caught rain one day and we didn't bring the umbrella, but it even did! Kátia is also a very considerate, caring and flexible hostess, I just have to thank you. 🫶🏻

great apartment. as described in the photos.. kindness and cordiality of the staff is the key point.. all well-educated and attentive mtooo. always worried about meeting us and always giving us the best... perfect pool.. at 20 hrs, was 12 degrees and we were in the pool... with perfect temperature. we simply love the place

Great! I highly recommend it. Sugar bread very close and the very safe place including the garage. It's well worth it! Just be careful with the iron, as it is a little used and can stain the clothes. Back again!

Everything was extremely clean and fragrant. The location is great, close to the city center. Communication was smooth. The only points to evaluate are the parking in case you have a pickup truck, it ends up being difficult to maneuver, so we chose to leave it on the street. And the curtains are light, which prevents you from sleeping in. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

A pearl in Campos. This is my seventh visit to the city and the 7 was my lucky number, because of all this was my best stay. Great location, beautiful place, cozy apartment, easy access, proximity to restaurants and shops. Wonderful!!!

Eny was wonderful and thoughtful! We even changed our route and had to arrive earlier than expected and she promptly released us to the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean. We were also delighted with the location, every detail of the apartment was a charm apart. The beds are extremely comfortable, the room with necessary space and the shower is delicious. Bed and bath linens washed and sanitized. The condominium itself has an impeccable view, not to mention that it has a gym, game room, courts and a heated pool that is wonderful! We were very happy with the stay and the place welcomed 3 couples well, and still had a sofa bed that could fit 2 more people. So it is well worth it. Ah the kitchen is complete and has Everything works. And if you don't want to do there is a restaurant upstairs that serves coffee. Eny Gratitude for the welcome and attention! We'll be back soon!

We love your stay, the restaurant inside the residence is wonderful. well-served breakfast, lunch and dinner with great price, better than eating in the centrinho. Warm heated swimming pool, it just didn't have a children's pool, but we love it and my 2-year-old baby too.

Made the reservation, he gave precise instructions about the place and the property, making it easy to arrive and stay. The apartment is sensational, very well equipped and tasteful, impeccable cleaning and excellent location (at the same time it is in a quiet area, it is close to the Centre, facilitating mobility on foot). District served my group of 9 people very well and there was still more fit. The amenities offered by Fernando only highlight the place, not to mention his kindness in leaving us a bottle of good wine as a complimentary welcome! My family asked me to give 10 stars in the evaluation, but as this is not possible, maximum score for Fernando and his property.
