Holiday rentals with a patio in Jadreški

Martino and his parents were very welcoming, kind and nice, the accommodation is new, very clean and very spacious. The area is very quiet and by car you can reach very beautiful beaches with ease, the center of Pola can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. A stay here is really recommended.

Pleasant accommodation, parking close to the residence. Nice balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. A little far from the centre on foot but we found free parking closer to the old town (free parking is its name on the map).

We felt very comfortable with Ratko!! The apartment was clean and super big. The walk to the beach took 15 minutes and was nice. There are very many dining options nearby, so we could have fresh breakfast every morning. Thank you 🙏

It is a very familiar and friendly building and neighborhood, I loved the apartment, well decorated and of great taste, the bed is perfect even more after a long journey. Sergio was very attentive, thank you.

I highly recommend Stella’s apartment as a place to stay in Pula. It was the perfect place for us and our 8 month old baby. We felt right at home. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome snacks on arrival, huge bonus. The only thing to consider, there’s no lift and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living room. Otherwise a great location to visit Pula.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The stay was absolutely excellent – the accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Full recommendation!

Through very accommodating and polite hosts, this vacation exceeded our expectations. A terrace roof has also been added to the house. The pool is perfect for cooling off in between and the sea is also not too far away. It is highly recommended to take wheels with you as it is easier to get around Medulin by bike. A boat trip with Sandra or her sister ships is a very great day trip with good food. We thank the great hosts once again and are happy to recommend this property.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Quiet location. New apratma. Well equipped. Balcony for morning coffees. The apartment was clean and large for two people. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Close to establishments and tavern. Center and beach a bit further but at walking distance.

The apartment was located in a quiet area. Tanja and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

The location was great because of the proximity to the beach. The private terrace was also a big plus. The apartment is quite spacious and every detail was taken care of and was available to us.
