Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jackson County

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay while we were in town for my daughters musical performance at WCU. Greta's house was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to the university. This is a great house!

The girls in my family (my mother, myself, my daughter, sister & niece) all went to have a girls weekend retreat and this home was PERFECT for us! The living area is separate from the bedrooms which allows for some to sleep peacefully while others may choose to gather in the living room/kitchen area to converse. The hot tub and mountain golf course view are amazing as well as the fire pit table adding an extra touch! A grill would have made this place absolutely perfect but we improvised with our Chicken & Steak Kabobs by cooking them in the oven so it all worked out! The ladies plan to make this an annual "Girl's Trip" and this home was perfect for us!

This was my second stay here. I love this place! Walkable to all the things Waynesville. Hot tub and fire pit are awesome. The layout is perfect when traveling with another person or 2 couples. Great front porch too!!!

The cabin is just outside of Maggie Valley in a secluded area. It was quiet and peaceful. Only a few minutes to MV, which was very convenient. We were able to bring our dogs with us because part of the yard was fenced. Added plus.

This home is furnished beautifully, and the updated kitchen is fantastic. The views are so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the sitting/cooking area outside. We plan to stay here again when in the area. This Airbnb is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed!

I could not have been more please with Carmela's place. Our girl's trip went great and the location was perfect for us. We felt comfortable at at home right away. There were so many thoughtful and practical touches around the property. We were close to everything while still feeling we had privacy and distance. So, glad we found this place and would love to stay again!

This is a lovely, cozy bd comfortable cottage all on one floor. We especially liked being close to downtown Highlands for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was just as described and very comfortable! It was appreciated that Diane had anything you could think of available just in case we forgot which I haven’t come across at most Airbnbs. We didn’t need to use the items but there were spices, butter, breakfast mixes, toothbrushes and even a hair straightener and a curling iron! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. This property was a beatiful place to stay! Hosts were great and so helpful. Easy to get to WCU. The entire home and kitchen were very well stocked, so much attention to every detail. The best view and ammenities I've ever stayed in!

This is a great spot for a family of four. The beds were comfortable. The space was big enough to spread out a little bit. The view from the deck is great as well. If you don't mind being 30 minutes away, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville. It's about an hour from Looking Glass Falls too. It's also a beautiful drive to the Tail of the Dragon from here. If you're coming from Raleigh this makes for a much shorter drive home after spending a day driving near the Dragon.

Great location with walkable things to do. Apartment was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Rebecca was a great host and very helpful with a few of my questions during our visit. Will definitely go back!

This was a lovely cozy place to stay in the NC mountain. It was close to town and Colleen was a great host. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cute, quiet neighborhood. Keyless entry. Clean and clutter free. Close to town and restaurants. Has everything you need for a weekend get away. We've stayed with Austin here twice. Great place, Great host.

It's a nice getaway with a beautiful view. The unit was easy enough to find with easy access to the surrounding area. It was a clean and professional rental. We would stay here again. FYI: The steps to the units and path to the lake could be difficult for children and the elderly. We didn't have a problem with them. Just make sure steps and such aren't a problem for you before booking.

We enjoyed this condo very much! The views are beautiful. We walked the community everyday and the residents and club staff were incredibly friendly. We will be back!

It was a nice place to stay. We were there for a funeral so we didn't use any of the resort features.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bluebird. The location was peaceful and quiet. The unit was well laid out and spacious. And CLEAN! It was well equipped and nicely decorated. The porch lights were a nice touch. Matt kept in touch before, throughout, and upon our departure to make sure everything was ok. We were happy we chose this property.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

William & Melissa were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and helpful with suggesting local things to do. They were very responsive with any questions we had. Their space was also beautiful, well stocked and great for young kids.
