Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

Newly renovated and equipped: There is room for many friends here: former converted stable building with 11 rooms, including 8 double rooms and 3 single rooms, 4 shower toilets in the hallway. 1 double room has its own shower room. Large eat-in kitchen/lounge. If another room is needed, e.g. for celebrations/seminars/yoga classes, etc., it can be rented additionally. You are in the grounds of the manor house Neu Gaarz, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Waren is about 12 km away.

The garden offers a south-facing terrace, a year-round heated outdoor hot tub, a barrel sauna, a garden shower (from April to October), a shed and 2 parking spaces.

The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom.
