It was a stay that met expectations, consistent with photos and descriptions that we didn't have any surprises. Mr. Nihat was a warm and responsive host.

The house was clean and tidy. The only thing missing from the house was the kitchen supplies, there were no cups, no coffee pots, no tea kettle. We had a calm and peaceful 2 days.

There was no problem except for the smell of dampness at the entrance of the house. The location of the house and the house were good. I would like to stay in this house when I come to Izmir again.

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

The location of the house is really great. We stayed with my family for 3 weeks. I don't think there is a more suitable option in Izmir for families with children. Transportation is very easy. There is a metro 50 meters away, Bostanlı is 20 minutes walk away. There is a neighborhood market behind 2 streets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Very close to all grocery stores. The apartment and garden are also subject to regular cleaning and maintenance. The host is very attentive and meets the needs in a very short time. Thank you so much for everything.

You only need to climb the hill to reach the house after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Mehmet is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome! We loved the apartment - it looked like in photos and had everything you may need for your stay. In the area you have many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafes, and the sea is super close. I would recommend Mehmet and his place to everyone, I would definitely return. :)

It's a perfect place. Thank you very much for Mr. Boris' hospitality and quick response to questions. The view of the house was magnificent and the house was clean. If you have a car, the only problem will be finding a parking space, but if you drive around the street 1-2 times, you will definitely find a place to park. I will definitely contact Mr. Boris during my next stay in Izmir.

If you want to stay in the middle of it all, Rooster’s place is a great choice. However, because you are in the middle of it all, a good night’s sleep might be hard to get, but that’s the location, not Rooster’s fault. Ismail, who communicated with and helped us during our stay, was great and responsive. If you want to party, this is the place for you. If you want a quiet and restful night, you may want to look somewhere away from this area. We enjoyed the easy access to the water and the restaurants/bars. The area is very Bohemian. I gave this place 5 overall stars because the place is clean and well equipped, but be aware that the location may not be for every taste due to noise level at night.

Great apartment with a sea view in Izmir, close to good restaurants and the train. highly recommend.

Until the day we arrived at the accommodation, Mr. Fahri took good care of us, thankfully, we entered the house where we would stay without any problems, all kinds of tools and equipment were available in the house and everything was in place, I thank Mr. Fahri for his interest and concern.

The stay was pleasant. The bedding smelled wonderful. The service provided by the staff is excellent, they immediately come to remove any interference. I'll be here again.
