The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple, or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is placed 20/25 minutes walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5km/2km walking distance.

Studio apartman smješten na najvišem katu kuće, koncipiran je kao open plan a obuhvaća kuhinju sa dnevnom sobom i spavaonicu, kupaonu, balkon sa pogledom na more. Kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu grada Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini franjevačkog samostana te ima veliki vrt i puno zelenila.
