The house consists of: double bedroom, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. Outside there is exclusive space and many other common spaces. The house is 4 km from Formia and Gaeta, 20 km from Sperlonga and 3 km from Itri. The station is 2 km away and you can comfortably visit Rome or Naples.

The Medieval Village of Itri, birthplace of Michele Pezza, known as "Frà Diavolo," is the setting. The apartment consists of: a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a large hydromassage shower. Externally, it has a terrace equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs and a relaxation corner.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Sea, culture, relaxation. "Civico 60" is located near the beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta and on the Via Francigena. The apartment, in the center of Itri, overlooks the medieval castle and is ideal for relaxing in a new and welcoming environment.
