Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

"Civico 60" vacation home - Itri

Mare, cultura, relax. "Civico 60" si trova vicino alle spiagge di Sperlonga e Gaeta e sulla Via Francigena. L'appartamento, nel centro di Itri, affaccia sul castello medievale ed è ideale per rilassarsi in un ambiente nuovo e accogliente. La casa, terzo piano senza ascensore, ha due camere con letto matrimoniale (in una è possibile aggiungere letto singolo), soggiorno, divano, tv e bagno con box doccia e lavatrice. Tutte le stanze sono climatizzate. Vi aspettiamo!
