Fantastic villa! It is immaculate, spacious and well equipped. It is in a quiet and peaceful location, but just a short walk from some good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The lovely Myrtos beach is just a few minutes drive, and perfect for exploring the centre and North of Kephalonia. Sophie and Ellie were the most amazing hosts, with help and advice, plus wine, treats and even a meal on arrival. Thoroughly recommended!

Amazing place that makes you feel like home. The house was very clean and organized with all the equipment needed. The owner was excellent and very helpful also there are few good restaurants near by with great food! The location is near to some of the best destinations in Lefkada island. Definitely choosing this place again!

Wat een geweldig huisje en omgeving! De tuin is mooi privé en het huisje super netjes. Pantazis is een echte gastheer en super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is prachtig aan de kust, je loopt zo het gezellige Sami in en met de auto ben je snel bij een van de andere stranden. De tuin is lekker prive en je voelt je snel thuis. Echt een top week gehad!

We stayed at several accomodations ranging all the way to high end five star. This was one of our favorite stays. It was nested in a beautiful community with kind locals. Just down the street there are cute cafes and local eateries. The home is nicer in person than the pictures reflect. Highly recommended.

We found our accommodation lovely. It overlooks the very beautiful bay. We were met by Katerina’s mum Theodora. She was lovely to me and my wife. She made us feel right at home. The setting is wonderful. The accommodation is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. We had been left wine, butter, jams and toasted bread. There was also a number of pods for the. Espresso machine. This was lovely. I would like to also mention the lovely restaurant a few footsteps from our accommodation Demitris’ Taverna. There was a varied food menu and the food we had was great. Everyone was very welcoming and they also helped arrange taxis for my wife and nieces and also myself to take us to my Daughter’s wedding. A big thanks to them. To sum up, The Sea House, Geni is very nice place to stay. It is easy to find by car and you have parking. Our hosts were fantastic and friendly and we would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks once again for a lovely stay.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, arrivée autonome, communication au top avec l’hôte qui est proactif. La climatisation des chambres très appréciée en ce mois d’août !

Ein wunderschön gelegenes altes Häuschen. Besonders die schöne Terrasse mit unglaublicher Aussicht hat uns verzaubert. Man tront auf etwa 400m Höhe und hat einen tolles Ausblick über die Bucht von Argostoli und Lixuri. Das Dorf ist ganz ursprünglich und Angie bietet tolle und köstliche Produkte aus dem Garten ihres Großvaters an. Ein Auto braucht man aber das sollte klar sein; dann jedoch ist man in nur etwa 10 Minuten in Argostoli und etwa ab 15 Minuten an tollen Stränden. Ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden! Che dire tutto 5 stelle, casa perfetta piena di confort non mancava veramente nulla. come benvenuto ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di vino greco molto gradita e inoltre abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la colazione al mattino e tanto altro….sembrava di essere a casa tua . per il resto posto centralissimo a due passi da tutto centro ristoranti bar porto mare ecc ecc e altrettanto comodo per spostarsi in giro con auto per visitare l’isola . Alla fine della nostra vacanza la proprietaria ci ha anche omaggiato di con un sovenier . Grazie di tutto 🤩

Very nice place, cozy with all the utilities you need and very clean. Kevin gave us a lot of information where to go around the island so even if you haven't done any research he has leaflets with everything you need. Kevin and his family where very welcoming and helpful I definitely recommend to people. The Google maps doesn't pin point exactly where the building is so you need to search it through the walk mode. Doesn't take too long since the colour of the building is blue.

Super accommodation, new, modern and clean. The host is very nice. When we were there, there was a big storm on the island, during which the electricity went out, and as soon as we wrote to the host, he immediately helped. thank you very much!

Alexandra and the team are wonderful, responsive and friendly. the space and the pool is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. the wifi was fast and the beds were so comfortable. well worth the price. karavamylos is a beautiful little town. can't recommend enough!

Een mooi appartement op een rustig plekje in Sami. Het heeft alle benodigdheden en een fijn balkon.

stayed for 4 nights in the apartment, with 2 friends. great clean space with balcony to each room, 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. supermarket at end of road and walkable to shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. easy to park outside, with no issues and you'd need a car to visit local attractions and area, due to limited public transport. would be happy to recommend or stay again.

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio, organizado y de calidad. Todo su mobiliario, electrodomésticos y utensilios son de buena calidad, normalmente en apartamentos de alquiler no se cuida mucho este detalle. El barrio es muy tranquilo, alejado del ruido del centro pero a la vez muy cerca, puedes ir caminando unos 10 minutos. Katerina fue muy amable y atenta. Volvería a repetir sin lugar a dudas

A delightful studio on the edge of a resort. In a beautiful setting with great views from the upper floor studios. The host goes out of his way to ensure you have all you need and share his knowledge of the island. The studio has all you need for a holiday.

We stayed for 3 days at this apartment which was clean and comfortable. It had every we needed for our stay. The washing machine was an extra bonus as we had travelled very light! Periklis was a responsive host who gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is situated a few streets back from the sea front which was an easy walk.

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment. We had a wonderful stay and lovely warm welcome. Panos and the owner were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great - modern and cosy. Perfect for what we needed. Incredibly clean, all the mod cons - very well equipped for cooking. Lovely little outdoor seating area and space to let clothes dry. Reliable mosquito nets - so you can have the door opens and not worry. Air con was great too. Perfect for toddlers as all on one floor - easy buggy access and no balcony to worry about. Gating around outside space offers privacy and means you don’t have to worry about the road etc - not that it’s busy. Lovely spot - close to beach, shops, restaurants. Our second time in Poros and will definitely book this place again.

Ένα από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα για φέτος. Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα με γούστο,σε ένα ιδανικό περιβάλλον.Η Σουζάνα ευγενική και διακριτική έχει φτιάξει ένα σπίτι τέλειο. Ότι και να χρειάστηκα υπήρχε μέσα στο σπίτι. Τέλος να αναφέρω ότι οι 4 ανεμιστήρες οροφής σε συνδυασμό με τα 3 air-condition έκαναν τις διακοπές μας υπέροχες και ξεκούραστες.Σιγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.

We picked this place just to have a difference from staying in hotels, the fact that it was also cheaper was obviously a bonus! We arrived quite late after a delayed flight and check in was super easy, with Fotini giving us all the details we needed to get in. What was even more pleasant was Fotini had got us a few provisions in because we were so late and wouldn't have had time. The flat it's self is clean and in general a lovely space to be staying. Just a very short walk away from the front and the main shopping street. Very handy to have a little washing machine there as well. Argostoli, in our opinion was the best place for variation on the island (that we visited while we were there) Fotini continued to be an excellent host all week, being responsive to messages with queries including helping us out when we made the ultimate boo boo of locking ourselves out the apartment! All in all we had a great time despite the weather being terrible. 😅 Would definitely recommend!
