Holiday rentals with a patio in Italy

An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect stay! The apartment is well cared for, clean and super cozy, exactly as in the photos. The location is excellent, especially for those arriving by car, in a quiet area not far from the center. The host was very kind, always helpful and attentive. We really felt at home, which is why we would definitely come back!

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

Vincenzo is a great host who was very accommodating when I needed help. The apartment makes a clean, new impression. Especially the fly screens are good and important. The pool is a nice size and for the children there is even a smaller one. The location is quiet and I would come back any time.

Lovely few days by the sea. Loved the roof top terrace and short train ride into Pisa!

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

We stayed the last week of August and the first week of September 2024. The location is really convenient, a 5-minute walk to the beach. We found a very clean, cozy apartment and above all equipped with everything. The garden is simply wonderful with an amazing view to enjoy breakfast and evening aperitifs. The owner is very kind and always available. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Giannina's Apartment. Marco was friendly and very quick with responses. Orchid apartment is right in the middle of the Bari Sardo. It's fully equiped, very clean and has more than enough space for four people. You can unload your luggage right next to it and leave your car just around the corner, on the free street parking lot. Thank you for having us!

The Kithira house is incredibly beautiful, the surroundings and the view from the hill is spectacular It's a wonderful ocean house complex. It has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days, in the calm of the conjunction of the Montaño and the sea Wear trekking clothes and shoes that will be very helpful in getting to know the surroundings. Many typical little villages. I recommend Castro and going out with a walk to get to know the caves, Alessano a hidden gem, do not stop eating in La Lanterna preferably at night it is very close by car Rustic and comfortable, you will feel very comfortable in this location. Even though we only stayed at the Airbnb for two nights, we had a wonderful stay! We loved the Airbnb, everything as described and the garden was particularly beautiful! In April we had the beach almost to ourselves. Bathing was even possible, so like to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is close to the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there is less crowds of tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and wider than what you perceive from the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Very nice spacious apartment. Great for a family with kids. The terrace and veranda are really an asset for the apartment. Parking space at the foot of the apartment. Liberty is a very friendly host. We would recommend the place to anyone

We liked the stay at the place very much. You are at the lake in a very short time, where you can super relax and swim. The pool was also very welcome. The balcony was very nice and even in the kitchen we could prepare good meals. Shopping without a car would have been very tedious, but optimal with a car. Alessia was also very accommodating and friendly :) We would definitely come back here!
