It is part of the "podere67" consisting of this house, a secondary house (red house) and a shared and equipped garden of about 2000 square meters. It is located a stone's throw from the beaches of Barricata and Conchiglie.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is located both in the center of the village and in the center of the Po Delta park, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometers away (ca 10 min).
