Raquel is a great host, responds quickly, clearly and sympathetically. The apartment is located in Praia do Sul, a quiet place, but I recommend Praia dos Milionários in terms of infrastructure. Apartment identical to the photos, spacious, with kitchen items, bed linen and towels. The air conditioning in the bedroom cools the entire apartment. Super recommend the accommodation.

The location is great, the house is wonderful, the whole family takes advantage.The very helpful host. The house is large, several suites,air conditioning, swimming pool, play area. And beyond all wonder, it lies at the edge of the beach. We love and we will definitely return. I recommend a thousand times. It deserved much more stars but the rating only goes up to 5 .

But this was not a problem, since we looked for the place to rest. We were greeted with a little box of candy, very kindness of the host. he also left tips of places to visit and restaurants. i went with my family we loved the place.

This is our second time staying at Mr. Carlos's apartment. The stay was quiet. We had some difficulty getting in, but it was a defect in the electronic gatehouse of the block, which was resolved. The space was clean and organized, like the other time. Including with new utensils such as an electric fryer and wine glasses. The host is polite and kind in communication. I recommend it.

The hosts are very kind and communicative, the accommodation matches the photos and is well equipped. The only inconvenience was related to the entrance to the garage because the app did not open this gate and every time I needed to leave I had to ask the hosts for support because I was waiting minutes for a doorman to open, however, they promptly responded and helped me with everything I needed.

I rented the house to my employees and they loved it. The house has EVERYTHING, very organized and clean. You need to bring EVERYTHING you intend to use because the house is far from shops, it is in fact for you to rest. So as a caveat: take everything you need and the rest just enjoy the environment, my collaborators LOVED it. A very positive point is: the hosts and especially his daughter Jennifer who received the boys are WONDERFUL and helped me in an almost impossible mission, she was empathetic and spared no effort for us. Great hosting experience. The apartment is very nice, equipped with good furniture in every room. It is all air-conditioned, thus ensuring great thermal comfort throughout its interior. The kitchen is complete, and it has a wide variety of utensils and appliances in great condition. The condominium is excellent, with an amazing swimming pool, playground, gourmet space, and a beautiful green area promoting direct contact with nature. Selma, the always-available and proactive host, answered all questions almost in real time. I recommend the space, and I hope to return on another occasion.

The apartment is great, literally on the sand, with a sea view, everything in perfect condition, nothing is missing, it has all the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bath and beach towels, games for those who like them. I felt like I was at home. I wish I could have stayed there for about 8 more days 😂

The Location of the apto da Anna is the high point, in front and with a beautiful view of the sea. Apt excellent to rest and enjoy having everything very close by. Anna and Bia are very receptive and attentive, they always responded and helped me in everything we need, I highly recommend!

This is the second time we've stayed in the apartment and as always, everything is impeccable. The location, access to the beach, the organisation and Zenon's service, all very good.

The Studio met our expectations, the only thing missing was an elevator for better accessibility for those who need it and even for a return to activities on the beach or work at the end of the day. But I highly recommend it for those who have no impediments.

We are 20 days hosted with 2 pets. Soraia was of unparalleled kindness, promptness and professionalism. The unit we stayed in (n. 04) served us very well. We made some suggestions that I think will certainly make the space much more interesting. No garage, eh fact and that left me half Insecure but over the days I noticed a good neighborhood and I had no problem with my car on the street, nor with my entrances and exits from the property during dawn. Therefore, without any fear I recommend the accommodation offered by Soraia.
