The villa is located in a secure closed condominium, with large areas of Atlantic forest. São José beach is 5 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car; from the house you can hear the waves breaking on beach. Prainha beach is 15 minutes walk, 5 mins by car.

From here you have a special view of the sea and the sunrise. It is our closest chalet to the beach. To make your stay even more comfortable, you can request breakfast during your stay for an additional fee.
