Serviced apartment holiday rentals in İstanbul

Le logement était très confortable pour un séjour à 4 adultes (chacuns sont lits). Ali s’est montré très accessible et nous a bien aidé pour le transfert vers et depuis l’aéroport, ce qui fait gagner en confort et temps. Les véritables atouts de ce logement sont : la vue sur la mer et la proximité des sites touristiques (Topkapi/Ayasofia/Mosquee Bleue). L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Le seul point que je soulèverai est le fait que toutes les prises électriques n’ont pas le courant. Pas dramatique puisqu’au moins 3 prises fonctionnent pour charger son téléphone. En conclusion, je recommande fortement ce beau logement à Istanbul.

The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

حلو مره (بس فيه عيبين الأول انه ترا البيت قديم بس نظييف الثاني الموقع مخيف شوي خصوصاً انه حول برج غلطة بس اذا شباب ان شاء الله ما عندكم مشكلة اذا عائلة ما انصح فيه فيه ازعاج شوي في الليل بس يبعد عن برج غلطة دقيقة واحده

Her şeyi ile çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik. Mini kahvaltısı okeydi, konumu güzeldi, bir şeye ihtiyacımız olduğunda hemen giderildi. Tekrar konuklamayı kesinlikle düşündüğüm bir yer oldu. Konum olarakta tam mahallenin içine girmeden mahalle girişi gibiydi çok hoşuma gitti, giderseniz Tostçu Abdullah'tan bi' tost yiyin derim.

Провели прекрасный вечер и ночь на острове . Офис расположен прямо в центре , около часов , близко к порту. Нас быстро зарегистрировали , Яман проводил в квартиру, помог с чемоданами. По нашей просьбе нам предоставили дополнительные простыни. Квартира очень чистая. Имеется просторный холл с камином, балкон, где можно пить чай. Расположена на тихой улице, и в тоже время близко к центру , и к магазинам. Спасибо всем внимание, доброту и хороший отдых

Volkan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, just a short walk from major historical landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with blue accents that match its name. It’s in a touristic area, so you won’t need to deal with traffic just to reach the highlights of the city. The T1 tram line is also nearby, making it convenient to get around. Despite being in the city center, the place feels peaceful and secure. Volkan is a truly professional and attentive host. He speaks English fluently, which made communication smooth and easy. He provided clear check-in instructions and was always available for help. The stay exceeded expectations in both comfort and hospitality. I would absolutely return here on future trips to Istanbul, especially if staying in the Fatih area again.

Прекрасный опыт аренды! Хозяин был очень приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Квартира полностью соответствовала описанию — чистая, уютная и хорошо оборудованная. Особенно порадовало месторасположение: всё необходимое — магазины, кафе, транспорт — в пешей доступности. Спасибо за тёплый приём, с удовольствием вернусь снова!

I stayed a week and it felt like home. Nice and very clean apartment matching the description. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped- I had no problem cooking breakfast for myself. There are a few mini and super markets within a quarter mile from the apartment, so buying water and produce was very easy. Finding a restaurant also was not a problem- too many to choose from. It was nice to have the washer but you will need to either bring or buy the detergent. There is a small drying rack too. Aiya Sofya is maybe a 10 minutes walk away. There is really nothing to complain about. I would certainly stay again at this place.

Die Unterkunft war Top. Noch besser war die Gastgeberin die immer nach rechten gefragt hat. Stets immer auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. 2 Nächte infolge in der Nacht aufgrund von Wasserrohr schaden kein Wasser gehabt aber auch da hat sie versucht alles zu klären. Taksim Platz direkt in einer Minute erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Aksel Bey’in evi aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. 2+1 evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Akıllı ev sistemine sahip, yerden ısıtmalı, gayet konforlu bir daire. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Ahmet beye teşekkür ederiz. Bu daire kesinlikle beklentilerimin çok üzerinde çıktı. Temizlik konusunda inanılmaz titiz çalışılmış, her şey mis gibi kokuyordu. Manzara zaten efsane. Binanın güvenliği, lobisi, asansörleri hepsi son derece modern ve prestijli. Konum olarak ulaşım çok rahat. Gerçekten hem iş seyahati hem de konforlu bir konaklama için ideal. Böyle dairelere ve ev sahiplerine nadir rastlanır.

You don’t see Mr Kerim but his representative Mr MEHMET is very nice and polite person He always helped and has good manners Last year I was in this place and this year I went back again I do recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good place

It’s always a relief to arrive somewhere that is exactly as it has been promoted. Yakup’s communication was great and this wonderful apartment was exactly what I needed for a nice rest in between exploring the sights of Istanbul, the best of which are only a 5-10 minutes away walk away. Even though it’s in the heart of a busy dining precinct, the beautiful windows are double glazed, blocking out any noice while allowing lots of beautiful light in. This is an outstanding find. And if it’s fully booked, get in touch with Yakup anyway, he has a few other little gems tucked away. Oh, and did I mention the washing machine?! What a treat after months of staying in guesthouses where if you want to wash your clothes anywhere other than the sink, you have to send them out for an exhorbitant fee.

Fabulous upmarket and unique place. Not the usual thing. Welcoming check in by host. Nothing missing.

Lovely place, me and my family absolutely loved it. It was cozy and intimate, the locals were friendly and helpful, and you had a historic walk towards the Conquerors mosque. Me and My family would love to come back here. Thank you so much Ihsan, it was a lovely stay. We hope to stay here again next year.

La ubicación es práctica respecto a la conectividad con el aeropuerto y el resto de la ciudad. Hay lugares para comer cercanos, aunque es un poco ruidoso. Safa fue muy atento y valoro muchísimo la limpieza semanal, siempre todo estaba impecable. Había utensilios básicos para resolver una comida ligera. También valoro el sistema de calefacción, puesto que los días que llegamos estaba muy frío en Estambul.

Enesin yeri harikaydı.❤❤❤ Mekan tüm tarihi ve turistik mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde bulunan harika bir konumda yer alıyor. Yakınında birçok restorant ,market ve alışveriş merkezi bulunuyor. Ayasofya ve mavi camiye yürüme 5 dakika mesafede . Ev çok iyiydi .Balkonu ekstra güzel yapıyordu. Klima çok iyiydi. Yatak çok rahattı Enes elinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyordu. Her zaman orada oluyor. Iyi bir konaklamadan emin olmak istiyordu.❤ Ayrica enes transfer, iyi ve ucuz restorant ,ucuz market konusunda yardımcı oluyor. Kesinlikle bu son olmayacak . Hersey için çok çok teşekkürler . Düşünmeden yerinizi ayırın. 🙂🥰🥰

A very cool spot. It is old meets new. The building is totally renovated. There is a great mall about 2 minutes walking, amazing restaurants, coffee shops and anything you could possibly desire within a 2-5 minute walk. If you have kids or like parks, fantastic park behind the mall. Engin is responsive and is quick to help if any issues arise. I didn’t realize the price when I first booked it, value for money without question amazing.

Engin’s place was such a great stay. Engin was 100% great in communication from booking to end-of-stay. The check in procedure was smooth and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances! Overall, place was amazingly inviting, clean, and had all amenities needed during my one month stay. Would definitely recommend you Engin’s place!

Awesome stay here! Yes, Taksim is noisy but I knew this when booking. It’s in a great location and perfect for the solo traveller or a couple. Would love to stay here again!

Si vienes a conocer Estambul y necesitas un lugar donde descansar, preparar un desayuno o una cena rápida y darte una buena ducha, este es el lugar ideal. Lugar tranquilo y seguro, cerca de todo el ambiente de Taksim, a 10 min a pie de la salida del ferry y del metro. Cocina completísima, baño con buena ducha, sábanas y toallas limpias. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente y Belhül vino inmediatamente a ayudar a solucionarlo y hasta nos dió un obsequio. Gran anfitrión y excelente persona. Gracias Belhül. No dudes en alojarte aquí. Lugar pequeño pero corazón grande.
