A great home for a group of 5 or more. Lots of spaces and well insulated rooms each other with private bathrooms. A large kitchen living room to eat and chat. Great!

The apartment was spotless and we really enjoyed it. The central bar and kitchen are friendly and very well equipped. We stayed at 6, the kids loved the large room with all the beds. I tried the spa shower, it's very nice after a long hike. There is a bakery across the street, it's very convenient. Overall, great stay

A perfect stay. Very spacious accommodation. Sparkling Having two bathrooms and two toilets at 8 is very nice. The kitchen is super well equipped with what is very rare with utensils in good condition. Sufficient number! We had bad weather but Fenestre Park is great, La Bourboule's pool at its best with teens and toddlers! Nearby landscapes and walks really well. Very good stay.

We had a great weekend with the family (12). The house was as described with a very pleasant living room and living room, and the bedrooms upstairs. The city center is a few minutes walk away, as are the hiking departures. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the terrace, a highlight of the accommodation. Finally we were able to delay our departure to 2pm. In the end, a great place, to be recommended!

We had a great week at this beautiful spacious home. We lack superlatives, but just say it's probably the most beautiful place we've rented in years. The street is quiet with few car passages, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We'll be back if we're lucky!

Karine's home is very beautiful, well appointed and decorated. It has all the comforts you need. The bedding is excellent and we slept very well as the place is quiet. We were 8 adults and felt right at home. It has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets are nice. We had no issues parking our vehicles. The city center is easily walkable in 10 minutes. The banks of the Allier are 5 minutes away. We were hosted very well by Karine and her adorable cat Woody. Thanks Karine for your advice and flexibility. I highly recommend this listing!

The accommodation was really impeccable and especially well placed to visit Clermont-Ferrand with a tram not very far from the accommodation. The neighborhood is very quiet.
