In a nice medieval passage, old house on 3 levels very pleasant and well equipped. In heatwave weather, indoor temperature at 20 degrees, a joy! No outside, but the stone bench is very welcoming...Claire is an attentive and responsive host. In short, a beautiful place.

Clean, spacious accommodation very quiet and high neighborhood very present. The place is welcoming, dotted with original decor books, and thoughtful touches for the visitor. The only small flaw and the only toilet present on the ground floor, but this is fully notified and written in the description so it was knowingly. We had a lovely stay and will gladly repeat the experience 💜

The apartment was spotless and we really enjoyed it. The central bar and kitchen are friendly and very well equipped. We stayed at 6, the kids loved the large room with all the beds. I tried the spa shower, it's very nice after a long hike. There is a bakery across the street, it's very convenient. Overall, great stay

We had a great time at Nathalie's who had nicely decorated the accommodation for the end of year celebrations. Nathalie was a very understanding host and open to our requests. In addition, the games room was an intergenerational success and we spent some nice moments of conviviality there. The accommodation is in the center, close to local shops, very convenient for a stay with family or friends.

We had a great weekend with the family (12). The house was as described with a very pleasant living room and living room, and the bedrooms upstairs. The city center is a few minutes walk away, as are the hiking departures. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the terrace, a highlight of the accommodation. Finally we were able to delay our departure to 2pm. In the end, a great place, to be recommended!

We had a great week at this beautiful spacious home. We lack superlatives, but just say it's probably the most beautiful place we've rented in years. The street is quiet with few car passages, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We'll be back if we're lucky!

Karine's home is very beautiful, well appointed and decorated. It has all the comforts you need. The bedding is excellent and we slept very well as the place is quiet. We were 8 adults and felt right at home. It has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets are nice. We had no issues parking our vehicles. The city center is easily walkable in 10 minutes. The banks of the Allier are 5 minutes away. We were hosted very well by Karine and her adorable cat Woody. Thanks Karine for your advice and flexibility. I highly recommend this listing!

The accommodation was really impeccable and especially well placed to visit Clermont-Ferrand with a tram not very far from the accommodation. The neighborhood is very quiet.
