The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. Studio de plain pied, situé au coeur de la cité médiévale dans un quartier historique et très calme. Tous les commerces sont à proximité, ainsi que les restaurants . La station de Super-Besse, située à 7 km, est desservie par navette régulière en saison. De nombreux parcours de randonnées pédestres partent directement du coeur de la cité. Un large choix d'activités est proposé par l'office de tourisme situé à quelques pas, autant en été qu'en hiver.

Simple and beautiful - the Auvergne is worth it!

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

Charming country house

Quiet house, completely renovated, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside. 50 kilometers from Clermont-Ferrand, in the Combrailles commune of Condat en Combrailles, 20 minutes from the highway exit, in a small village close to all amenities. Close to nature, the chain of Puys, Vulcania, (40 km), the Massif du Sancy, the body of water of Les Fades-Besserve. Many curiosities nearby (hiking trails, ponds, rivers...).
