This apartment is a gem. I highly recommend it because it is spacious, clean, has a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a small garden and it's easy to find a parking spot on the street.

Very nice modern house with superbly equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor seating, warm outdoor shower and excellent sea and sunset views. Very quiet environment and only a few minutes walk to the first climbing areas.

We are a family with 2 kids (10, 13) and traveled to Sicily for the third time in early March. The house has just the perfect location and surroundings for someone looking for peace and break. San Vito has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches and is only 5 min by car. In Zigaro you can hike / climb, dive in summer, and so on. There were other sports as well. The house itself is very clean and has been able to find more than we had lived: lots of warm blankets and extra heating, which you definitely need in winter. There were plenty of extra towels, charcoal grill, 2 ways to sit outside. Kitchen appliances are mostly new or new, a relatively large fridge and initial equipment was also there. Anna lives in the house next door and was therefore right nearby if you had any questions. She is a very attentive one, gave us exactly the tips that might interest us. All in one beautiful house in a beautiful place!
