Welcome to our delightful little guest house. At the Yellow House we aim to make you feel like you are at home away from home. We are conveniently located 5 minutes away from ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ International airport and you can be in the centre of Rome within 30 minutes. We have a range of fully air conditioned en-suite rooms to suit all your needs. All our rooms are equipped with an LCD TV and WI-FI with kettles, minifridges and breakfast tray. Other facilities include an on-site parking. And should you require we also have a taxi and shuttle service between the guest house and the airport. The room is part of a B&B with 3 private bedrooms located in the heart of Monti district, 3 minutes away from the Quirinale, 12 minutes away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes away from the Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, all bedrooms have been provided with a mini-fridge, 43" Led Smart TV and AC. Each guest is given a 3 towels set and 2 pillows. A baby cot can be added (complete of linen) for an additional 15€ per night. The central location allows you to get to the most important sights just by taking a short walk, while being located in a low traffic street helps keeping the outside noises down.

La chambre donne sur une cours interne calme, environ 15 m2 avec canapé lit (matelas de qualité 140cm très confortable), salle de bain privative, AC, TV, frigo. Acces sur demande au balcon de l hote. Monuments accessibles 15 min à pieds, boutiques, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100m.

La suite è dotata di WiFi, TV, aria condizionata, angolo cottura e WC con doccia. In ogni camera troverete un vassoio con dosi sigillate di marmellate, Nutella, biscotti, fette biscottate, cialde per caffè e bevande calde da consumare in autonomia con la macchina "Nescafè", bollitore per tè e piastra per toast. Per la vostra completa autonomia durante il soggiorno, la chiave della stanza è nel box chiavi accanto alla porta.

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. On the sideboard there will also be excellent homemade desserts.

You will have a comfortable room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You can enjoy a drink on your small, exclusive-use balcony. You will have free wi-fi, smart TV and air conditioning. The B&B is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).
