65 m² 2-room apartment. 300 m from the cable car to Auron and at the foot of the hiking departures in the Mercantour, this recently renovated apartment is the ideal place for your mountain vacation. In the village of St Etienne de Tinée, with a convenience store, bakery, bank, tobacco/newsstand, restaurants, you will find all the shops necessary for your stay nearby. The building is on Place St Ment, there is no one opposite and parking is easy.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

In the heart of a mountain village, located in the heart of Mercantour National Park, the village of Isola is ideally equidistant from the 2 most beautiful ski resorts of the Southern Alps, Isola2000 and Auron. Comfortable duplex, 1 bedroom with terrace, double bed 140cm, with 2 cupboards. A 140cm sofa bed with a real simmons spring mattress in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen.

This studio is located on the snow front, its south-facing garden allows you to leave and return to the ski-in/ski-out apartment. It also communicates with the shopping mall allowing access to all the shops, while staying warm. The ESF is 200 meters from the studio (either through the shopping mall or out through the garden). the first ski lifts are 100 meters from the apartment.

In the Niçois hinterland, our eco-location will immerse you in nature at 850 m altitude in the Gordolasque Valley.
