​Ski-in/Ski-out Studio with South-Facing Garden ​This studio is located right on the snow front. Its south-facing private garden allows you to leave and return to the apartment on skis. ​It is also connected to the shopping arcade, giving you indoor access to all shops while staying warm. ​The ESF (French Ski School) is only 200 meters away (accessible either through the shopping arcade or via the garden). ​The nearest ski lifts are located within 100 meters of the apartment.

You will be charmed by our duplex apartment located in the residence ("les Myrtilles") in the hamlet of Isola 2000. Our apartment allows you to enjoy with your family or friends thanks to its capacity of 6-8 persons. Ideally located at 10 minutes walk from the snow front, 2 minutes walk from the funicular or direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out. Nice area of 55M2 with balcony facing South/South West, view on the mountains and the slopes without opposite.

Two rooms with terrace located on the Front de Neige. Equipped with 4 beds (1 convertible 160 x 190 cm and two bunk beds 90 x 190), 4 pillows 65 x 65 cm, duvets, 4K LED TV, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, TASSIMO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave, bathroom with toilet, fiber Wi-Fi. Very comfortable, very well located in the gallery without nuisances, very sunny, south facing the slopes, and with a departure/arrival on the slopes.

Fiber internet is available in the apartment It also has a 5 m2 balcony on which you can have lunch for 4, as well as an individual ski locker. 2 rooms, terrace and covered garage

Our apartment has been renovated and furnished recently with care. Everything has been designed to be practical, harmonious and very comfortable. The bedding is first choice (160 bed / 160 sofa bed). The building is very well located (facing south) next to the funicular which takes you to the start of the slopes (2 mins away). The view of the mountains is spectacular. The 9 m2 terrace is a real plus in all seasons. Private parking in the basement.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Guests can enjoy the many activities offered by the municipality of St Étienne de Tinée and the Nice Côte d'Azur resorts. Winter sports, mountain biking, hiking, family activities, climbing, swimming, and more.
