Views from the windows towards Iso-Syötte. Car and bikes can be covered in the carport. There is a heated storage room available on the work floor, along with the option to service recreational equipment. You can access the trails and walking paths from the front door. Final cleaning and linen can be arranged for an additional fee.

Quiet but central location in the middle of a beautiful ridge landscape. The cottage is located in a shared courtyard, surrounded by forest landscape. The slopes can be reached by skiing (ski-in/ski-out). Ski slope about 200 m away. The wonderful services of Hotel Iso-Syöte, as well as other services in the center, are within walking distance. Located on a slope, so the terrain is challenging.

In winter, the trails are close, as are the sledging routes. Downstairs one bedroom with a double bed, sauna, bathroom, kitchen, upstairs bedroom with two beds and a hall with two beds. In the backyard of the old house, the outdoor hot tub is always ready, at 37 degrees! A gas grill is available for residents on the terrace.

The cottage has a spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a wood-fired sauna. Suitable for 6 adults and 2-3 children. Almost direct access from the yard to the ski slopes and Pikku-Syötteen slopes, Iso-Syötteen only 3 km away. Perfect holiday destination for both winter and summer!

Tervetuloa viettämään unohtumaton loma Villa Luokkaan! Villa Luokka on joulukuussa 2023 valmistunut laadukas ja hyvin varusteltu mökki omalla pihapiirillä. Tilavassa pihassa on autopaikat kolmelle autolle. Mökki sijaitsee Luokkavaaran rauhallisella alueella lähellä Iso-Syötteen palveluita. Villa Luokasta on Iso-Syötteen rinteisiin matkaa 1,5km. Hiihtoladut noin 400m päässä sekä kelkkareitti menee noin 600m päästä.

Tilava kelohirsimökki Iso-Syötteen huipulla Tunturikylässä upeilla maisemilla. Mökissä on neljä erillistä makuuhuonetta, tilava oleskelutila, jonka yhteydessä isompi ruokailuryhmä 8-10 henkilölle. Huoneistossa kaksi takkaa, kaksi wc:tä, kylpyhuone ja sauna. Tässä mökissä majoittuu isompikin seurue ja mökin ovelta pääsee nauttimaan lähes suoraan niin hiihdosta, laskettelusta kuin pyöräilystäkin.

Huolettomuutta lomaasi tuo talvikaudella hintaan sisältyvät 2kpl:ta hissilippuja (firmakausikortteja) koko majoittumisen ajaksi, joiden käyttäjää voi vaihtaa vaikka kesken päivän.
