Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Dachstudio

Unser einfaches aber zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Dachstudio liegt in Isny, eine liebenswerte Kleinstadt im Allgäu. Es bietet für zwei Erwachsene genügend Raum. Die beiden Regionalflughäfen Friedrichshafen am Bodensee und Memmingen sind ca. 30 Kilometer entfernt. Das Haus liegt 5 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Isny entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Skilift für Anfänger ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Von hier aus könnt ihr in die Allgäuer Alpen zu einer Wandertour starten oder mit dem Rad das Allgäu erkunden. Im nahegelegenen Badsee Beuren könnt ihr euch an warmen Sommertagen abkühlen. In der Wohnung ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Flachbild-TV mit Satanschluss und ein modernes Bad mit einer bodenebenen Dusche.

Der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch Bäckereien, Kleidungsgeschäfte, Bars und ein Kino sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verschiedene Wanderwege, Radwege und Langlaufloipen beginnen im Ort und sind gut ausgeschildert.
