Beachfront holiday rental in Islay

A stunning location and the bothy was ideal for enjoying those wonderful views and feeling away from it all and yet in perfect comfort. Ned and Toni were particularly warm and friendly hosts. Altogether highly recommended.

Absolutely Fantastic!! What a beautiful, peaceful place. Brilliant set up. We wanted quiet, remote and away from the crowds and that's what we got. The views are amazing, couldn't stop looking over Campbeltown Loch, watching the seals and sea otters catching fish. Ned & Toni (& Collies) are perfect hosts. Everything is thought of, everything you need to know is provided before your stay. Nice little extra touches in the Cabins. Above and beyond. There's more than everything you need in the cabins. We're definitely staying again and definitely not telling anyone about it........ it's our little secret!....... OK, maybe we will. Thanks to you both. What a memorable experience. If we could give you more than 5 stars, we would of.

If you love a view, if need a break in nature and a gorgeous spacious house that’s warm and clean and much nicer than the photos suggest… this is the place. My family with two teenage girls loved it. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Three en-suite bedrooms and a bunk room ideal for kids. It’s like being in a castle in the sky.

A very comfortable and well appointed house. The photos on the listing do not do justice to how lovely the house is. The views over the harbour and sea are outstanding. Highly recommended for a quiet, away from it all, break.

Dunaverty Rock is one of the most stunning places on earth and Donnie is a wonderful man.

We had a pleasant time in this place with my family. There were 6 of us and had plenty of room to live during these 3 days. Laurie gave us good advice on activities or restaurants to do nearby. I highly recommend this reservation.

I was travelling for work and was everything i needed. So much so i will be back for a more leisurely holiday when time allows!

A simply incredible place. A historic building renovated to be comfortable and clean with all the modern conveniences. Views of Ireland and nearby islands, sandy beaches with seals, otters, seabirds and a beautiful golf course right next door. Donald is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He carried our suitcases in for us, gave great local recommendations and even introduced me to a genealogical expert who in turn put me in touch with a distant relative. We truly hope to be able to return to this special place again one day.

Absolutely amazing 9 day stay during the festival period. We have visited the island several times staying in different parts each time. The furnishings were high standard and the decor very tasteful. WiFi excellent. Would return
