Islantilla is a very familiar beach and the apartment is located on a hill, surrounded by pine trees, 1.5 km from the beach. It has two large terraces where you will spend most of the day, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The urbanization is gated and has two swimming pools, paddle and tennis courts, restaurant and extensive common areas where your children can run freely and safely.

El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
