A 20-minute walk to La Antilla beach or a 3-minute drive. It has a covered parking space with elevator access to the apartment floor. Newly furnished house with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Shower in the bathroom.

We spent a great few days in José's apartment, quiet urbanization with good pool and its own chiringuito. No lack of detail in the house, very comfortable apartment,a very practical terrace and good air conditioning. Check in and out was very easy with Pilar's attention that was always available and also thank José for his quick responses. We will definitely be back here.

Beautiful penthouse with a view in Islantilla.

We loved the house. It matches the description in the listing and photos. Patrícia was in contact with us, always accessible and responding almost immediately to our messages. She even gave us restaurant tips. The area is spectacular, with good access, and super close to the beach, about 5 minutes, within walking distance. The house is well equipped with everything you need. It has hand soap, dishwashing liquid, detergents, shower gel and shampoo. Before check-in we received by email a pdf with all the access and entry instructions, which was an excellent help. We came in October and still took some good dives in the sea. It was a spectacular stay. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for everything, Patricia.

Very good apartment in which to enjoy the family and quiet atmosphere of La Antilla. Perfectly equipped, clean and with good views, it has everything you need for a good vacation. The communication with the host of 10, Santos sent us some explanatory videos that greatly simplify the check-in process. Highly recommended.
