Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach (depending on the tide) or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!

Guests keep telling me the photos don't do it justice. A 4BR/2BA that actually breathes — room to spread out, plus common space where everyone lands at night. Big beds, AC throughout, 5 minutes from the airport, short walk to the beach. Calm, safe neighborhood, Old San Juan 10 minutes away. Whole-house generator and an 1,100-gallon water tank , so when the island's power goes, yours stays on. Message me and I'll send my restaurant list before you land.
