Héctor mantuvo excelente comunicación y contestó cada pregunta que le hacía sin problemas, además fue muy amable en dejarme tener una visita momentánea por cuestiones de mi trabajo, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, muy tranquilo el lugar para descansar. 100% recomendado.

The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

Joseph fue súper amable y muy servicial con nosotros , El area súper tranquila , parking para el carro , y mucho que hacer cerca …… restaurantes 24 horas, playa , Discotecas, supermercados , gasolina ⛽️ , El apartamento igual que en las fotos , bueno todo! Cosina, cama, baño, aire acondicionado y todo lo demás . Lo pasamos super bien , relajados , comodidades y no nos faltó nada.

Juan was super responsive and very accomodating. I had to change the dates to my trip last minute and he quickly updated the request. I loved the place. I had everything I needed. I felt safe the place was very clean. If I do ever go back to Puerto Rico again, I will look to stay at Juan's place.

Tuvimos una estadía extraordinaria en el espacio de Miguel en Coral Beach. Desde nuestra llegada, todo fue perfecto. Nos encantó que en la cocina tuvieran un detalle especial para la cumpleañera: una postal y su bebida favorita. ¡Un gesto hermoso que marcó la diferencia! 🎉 El lugar es cómodo, limpio, con vista a la playa también y muy céntrico, ideal para descansar y también para divertirse. Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great experience in this beautiful condo on Isla Verde Beach! Everything was exactly as described, if not better! Great location, easy to navigate to restaurants and convenience stores. Felt safe and comfortable in the Coral Beach Towers. Very family friendly with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. Highly recommend this host and location, as we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Estoy muy satisfecha, el lugar es céntrico, cerca de muchos lugares en el área metropolitana. La piscina es adecuada para 3 o 4 personas. El vecindario tranquilo, en general, excelente. Mil gracias Sonia, espero volver.

At first it was really hard to find the place. Took a cab to the address Namil sent me & got taken 5 minutes away from the home, it was hard to get another uber and get the correct address. Otherwise the house was amazing, just like the photos, spacious and clean. I love that the house is built for a family with kids. The pool has a side for the smaller children and a side for the bigger ones. Great place thank you

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

Loved the location! Super close to the beach and tons of places to eat, grab coffee, and hang out…all walkable. The area had a great vibe and made it easy to just relax and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

Rafaelito was amazing. He was very welcoming and gave lots of good advice and recommendations. He has a very lovely home located in a safe calm area. If we come back to Puerto Rico we will definitely be staying here again!! He goes out of his way to make your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Great location, in the middle of everything Isla Verde has to offer. Very walkable to restaurants, entertainment, beach. The apartment is well equipped. The host is very responsive. The apartment features everything you would normally need for a successful vacation to include central a/c. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

Juan's place offers great value for its location, its amenities and accessibility. It's almost at the center of the Isla Verde strip with direct access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants, the hotel lounges and right out to the water (via a gate) as you please. A parking spot is included as well which is a top consideration for anyone with a car staying in the area. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. Providing you're not a pretentious traveler this place will serve you well. I would stay here again.

Maria was awesome! I had a bit of a issue finding the house because of the GPS but I spoke with Maria and led me straight to the correct location. She always responded in a timely manner. the home was nice and just right for the couple days I stayed. The only thing I can say was that the water in the shower would go from hot to cold really fast but it was workable. I will definitely be back!!
