For groups of up to 7 people, I offer 2 rooms with amenities including linens, kitchen with dining area complete with dishes, bathroom with shower, panoramic balcony, laundry, parking space and Wi-Fi. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge under Mount Pelmo at the summit of 3,168 m. On clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Cozy is a real nest! This first floor apartment preserves a warm private homey atmosphere. You will have 100sqm. living space on your own. We take personal care of the cleaning with high standards. You can complete your treat with a relaxing dip in our bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen is there if you want to indulge in a romantic dinner at home. Our perfectly mowed garden with gazebo and deck chairs will offer you the perfect spot to chill out after a day out.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.
