We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Erika and the Kehril family’s charming Swiss-style home and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home. The house was spotless, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made a real difference—like the bedroom slippers, hot-water bag, and even 3-ply toilet paper! Every detail was carefully considered, and it showed. The fully equipped kitchen was a highlight for us. After weeks on the road, being able to prepare a home-cooked meal using the provided utensils and oven was a real treat. And the view—simply stunning. Waking up to the majestic mountains and enjoying our coffee with that breathtaking backdrop was unforgettable. Thank you, Erika and family, for your exceptional hospitality. We truly hope to return one day

The room is clean and bright.. The landlord is also very nice. The landscape cab be viewed from the room directly and it is amazing . Although bus 121 is the only public transport to Grindelwald , but it is also quite comfortable to walk between the house and Grindelwald.

The visit to Grindelwald could not have been more perfect, we had everything we needed, the apartment is carefully equipped, with the details in mind. The apartment was quiet, private, and warm all the time and we liked it a lot. There was enough space for all of our things, both ski equipment and luggage (there is a room to house them in). Overall, the visit was wonderful. For the most part getting around was easy as the bus stop is adjacent to the apartment.

Gorgeous flat in old chalet with amazing view of Eigerwand to watch sun coming up and over. Lovely and quiet and close to nature. Could have sworn we had a pine marten on window sill one night! Access to trains and cableways was easy to get to all attractions of Bernese Oberland. Great walking and culture and food even from doorstep. Recommend taking stroll to Alpine Vogelpark from chalet to see beautiful owls. Also can't recommend the Stechelberg Hotel Restaurant highly enough. Pizza and traditional alpine food great in summer but the venison and hare we had this stay in October was simply to die for! Dres or Corina are quick to answer any queries and neighbours to side and upstairs were super friendly too.
