The location was great. I was traveling with a 2 and 4 year old and there were plenty of things to keep them occupied.

This place is beautiful and pristinely clean as well as spacious! We loved our stay and the facility was wonderful for the kids and our family. The only negative was the rude phone call after I expressed that I wasn’t interested in attending the timeshare presentation. I ended up just having to hang up the hotel phone after they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Other than that we absolutely loved this place and the outdoor pool / hot tub were a hit!

It was an amazing experience, I loved the accommodations. The set up was nice, they had the fire pit out. We had a peaceful stay. It was really convenient having all the fooderies near us. The rooms were very lavish I loved the tub most of all.

Frank was a great host! We hit traffic and got in super late, and he was very accommodating! We hope to head back in the future when we can actually get to stay longer and enjoy some wine!

This unit is perfect for a quiet little getaway. Perfect size for a couple who likes the peace and quiet and just needs some time alone. The staff at the registration office is polite and friendly. There were a lot of people using the pool. The fire pit near the office is a nice addition to the stay. The location is convenient to everything you need. This is a wonderful place to go to enjoy some one on one time with someone special. Elizabeth is always there for you if needed and reaches out to you to make sure your stay is above and beyond what you expect.

The resort was great, had activities that my kids enjoyed. I was very happy with the 3rd bedroom lock off as it allowed the teenagers to have their own space. However, I was not aware that we would have to attend a timeshare presentation, or pay a $60 fee. I was told at checkin and was also told it was 90 mins and be there at 9am. Even though I was upfront about not wanting a timeshare it still took me 2 hours and 39 mins to get out of there which wasted my entire morning which happened to be one of the only two sunny days of the week. Loved the place, would stay again but didn’t like how there was a requirement of my time.

Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive! She was able to help me with any issues that came up and kept me updated on the status of my reservation. Highly recommended!

We just returned home from a wonderful three night stay. The community was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. Planning on making this a return spot the next time we're in town!

Elizabeth was very proactive and responsive to my inquiries. The place and location were great and as described, clean, modern and updated. I would highly recommend and I would stay again. FYI - parking in front of the building is limited because it is shared with other building; however, there is additional parking around the corner with a short walk.

We had a great stay! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and her instructions and the property description were very clear and accurate. We were initially a little hesitant to book at a time share property, but we had no issues at check in and did not feel pressured at all to attend any sales pitch. I got a text the day after check in asking if I wanted to attend and offering some reward, but I just ignored it and that was that! Great location, very quiet area and just a short drive to anything you'd want to see in Williamsburg. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. We would happily stay again!

This Airbnb was a good space for the price. it was very clean and everything advertised. we found it very convenient to visit Colonial Williamsburg while staying here with family.

The resort is very centrally located. Unit was actually more quiet than expected. There was a party in another building but it did not disturb us when we decided to go to sleep.

It was great, especially for couples. Lake view, spa tub with jets, and building to go to for indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, and a pool table. A half basketball court, tennis court, walk trail, and lots of friendly people that work there. Steven is a great host, he responded to me less than 3 minutes after my first message and was responding to me no later than a minute after each message. He asked me what I was looking for and gave me other recommendations. My fiancé walked in and said, "wow, this is perfect." Thank you Steven, we will be back soon...

This condo is in a great location close to every attraction in Williamsburg. It was perfect for our family to spend time together. We loved the pool and my husband and I tried pickle ball for the first time and loved it. The place is nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable.

This worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and was helpful to have the pool and a playground right there and walkable. Would stay here again!
