Guesthouse holiday rentals in Irvine

We are a very private family and this stay was perfect! I work a very busy corporate job so when we take vacation I always appreciate the opportunity to have a peaceful place to stay! I cannot thank you enough for the hospitality. I will definitely save this as a place to visit again!

Felt right at home. Private and quiet but wonderful to be close to park and great walking for my dog. Close to everything but still a little jewel in the neighborhood I will definitely go back. Presley thanks you for the homemade peanut banana Treats.

Never saw or heard our hosts. The unit was equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts provide nice extras: travel toiletries, snacks, a charcuterie plate and fruit upon arrival, ice cream treats in the freezer, a welcome bottle of wine.

This place is great! Very clean and looks just like the pictures. Tom was very kind, responsive, and provided very clear instructions. My family and I enjoyed saying here. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks Tom!

Definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. It looks just like the pictures and very close to Disneyland. The hosts were also very nice and made everything easy for check-in and check-out! I definitely plan on staying again sometime in the future!

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

An absolutely beautiful home in a fantastic location. We stayed a week with our family of four at Kate's AirBnB. It was walkable to a lagoon beach, a playground, and restaurants. Parking was very easy. There were always plenty of spots on the street for grandpa and grandma to park. Additionally, Kate's home had a garage which made it easy to load/unload the kiddos. On top of that, Kate made it really easy to check-in and out. It was probably the most seamless transition into/out of a house we've had on the app!

Brinton’s place was great for our stay. It is totally charming and the space is very creatively designed to allow togetherness or privacy, as needed. The kitchen is very well stocked although we primarily used the excellent coffee maker to start our busy days. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was a pleasure! The front house is not occupied by the host which caused a moment of confusion when we first got there but it was not an issue. When we requested a second set of keys, Brinton got them to us with no problem. I hope to stay here again.

Lovely place! Looks better in person and has a real homey feel to it, which makes you instantly comfortable. It also smelled really good upon entry which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very quaint spot, all the folks we travelled with stayed at a hotel and I’m so happy with our decision. It was quiet and lovely. I forgot my phone charger and they had they covered. Cute area nearby to walk for food, shops and coffee. Great place to stay!!

I come to LA area once a week for work and this is the best place I've Arbnb for my 1 night work stays. I had a whole little house to myself, not just a room, not just a remodeled laundry closet. This place is perfect and room for a couple

We enjoyed our stay at Camille’s place! It was clean and comfortable. The location was great, with several cute restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the garden area. Would be happy to stay there again!

Jorge afford flexible accommodation when I came I got sick. My stay was great and everything that could be afford for a stay was affordable. I would 100% recommend the stay to anyone else.

As adorable, if not more, than the listing. I enjoyed being able to bring my dog with me. I felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Every little detail in design and amenities were so thoughtful and I felt so at home. The hot tub was great, too

Very nice and clean place. I like that the mattresses are more firm and doesn't sink you in like most hotel ones. Checkin and parking was easy and straightforward.

Annelise's place was exactly as described-the photos were accurate. It was spotless, roomy and comfortable. The interior design is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of light and fresh air from many windows throughout. Everything you need to get started is provided and markets/gas are nearby. She is a pleasant Host and quick to respond if you need her. We will definitely stay here again!

My stay was just what I needed! The place was immaculate and perfect for my peaceful retreat while dealing with a family illness. I love the sound of the chimes outside the bedroom and the sound of the fountain at the front entrance. I enjoyed my reading time surrounded by the beautiful bookcase. Garrett and Susie were perfect hosts, both responsive and attentive with their correspondence. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful space to unwind, yet be close to a multitude of shops and restaurants! I will be back!!

This little guest house was perfect for our weekend trip. We traveled in for a wedding nearby, and had a lovely time. Within a short driving distance of many coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do. The bungalow itself was so stylish! We loved the linens and decorations. The bed had the comfiest blankets. The BEST to return to after a long day of socializing. The two of us were very comfortable in this space, but it could be a squeeze for a family. Quiet neighborhood, and knowing we had a parking spot in the driveway was a huge relief. Alan was very helpful with instructions, and we were able to the find the place even after getting in super late from our flight. Helpful hosts, warm space, beautiful surroundings, phenomenal value! This was our first time in the LA metro area, and we hope to return! We cannot recommend Alan’s place enough, and will be in the lookout for available dates for future visits.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting some family that is local. Everything was as described and we had no issues during our stay. The in-unit washer/dryer was a really nice addition.

Sandy’s place was nice and quiet. She was quick to response to any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Would definitely recommend staying here :)
