Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Iron River

The house was exactly as described and Jerri is a warm, flexible hostess, responsive to needs and questions. The kitchen is well stocked and the house very comfortable, the beds cozy and the location perfect for chasing waterfalls, collecting Yooper Lites, finding great coffee and walking distance from lovely trails. Recommendations were spot on for our needs and interests and instructions clear, reasonable and easy to follow. We loved the firepit in the back yard to end days of hiking and kayaking. Highly recommend!

Small space but perfect for what we were planning our weekend to be. Cozy and they provided most everything you could need. Fairly priced and happy with our choice to stay here

This place is perfect. The views are serene. The house is beautiful & clean. If you have a chance to stay here, do it! Our family loved it. Gina was a wonderful host w/local recommendations when you arrive. Easy clear instructions for check-in & check-out. One thing to note for others is it is near train tracks, which we loved! Loved the stock of board games & yard games. Awesome airbnb. We will definitely be back!

Such a great place to stay! We wanted somewhere near the North Shore without all the people. We got to experience Duluth, Two Harbors, and Goosebery Falls State Park, while still coming back to a place both peaceful and with amazing views. Walking down to the river had wonderful views of the fall colors. We wish we would have had time for a fire by the river, but maybe next time. We took Deb’s recommendations for dinner and breakfast places, and both were fantastic. The place was very clean and nice, exactly like the description. Communication was simple and easy. Over all a great experience, hope to return in the future.

Amanda’s house is a perfect getaway. It is the best stocked rental that I have stayed in with the most well thought out amenities. Beautiful screened in porch and fun games to play in the yard. Very close to many cute towns, Lake Superior, nice beaches, restaurants, parks, trails and the Brule River. My family had a great time fly fishing, kayaking, hiking and splashing in Lake Superior and the Brule River. We made wonderful meals in the awesomely equipped kitchen. So much room for everybody - 8 adults and 3 children! Highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

We stayed at Cedar Cove for 5 nights with our extended family with an age range of 18 months to 80 years. This house is a perfect place for a multi generation get together. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings. There are multiple sitting areas and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view of Lake Superior is gorgeous. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen ware we could have needed. It is also stocked with many good books, puzzles and games. It is a perfect place to get away and relax.

We had a such a relaxing time here! Host was very responsive. The place was so nice and clean and was perfect for our getaway in two harbors! We really enjoyed the bonfire pit and the sauna!

We enjoy staying on Lake Callahan. Private and quiet location. Beautiful main house of Hostess and great cabin view and location on property. Fire circle and pier.

Very lovely space. Would like to return for a longer time to enjoy the space. Quick run to site see along Lake Superior so was not able to enjoy it to the full. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable. Everything you need in the house. Definitely would recommend staying here

This cozy apartment was just what we were looking for. It was very clean and well decorated. It had a refrigerator which I didn’t notice in the listing. The host provided snacks, essential toiletries, and games. We had a question for the host during our stay and they responded quickly. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay! Everything is exactly how it looked in the pictures. Everything you’ll want to get to is within a 20 minute drive! Very helpful hosts!!

If you are fortunate enough, to spend some time on Minnesota’s North Shore, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Brenda and Tom‘s place is exactly as described. It is more than we expected. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and a lovely place to spend a vacation. The location is perfect and so scenic! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and even spotted an Eagle! We had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the surrounding area, including Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, and the quaint town of Two Harbors.

Great place. Best part was the location. Walked the beach every morning. Very close to the harbor and cool restaurants. Quiet, friendly neighbors. Very pleased with our choice, would stay there again.

I loved this place! It was exactly as advertised with solid amenities and no clutter getting in my way. The location was great and it was very peaceful there. There was sound from the homeowners above, but only comforting homey sounds. I enjoyed watching the deer out the windows. The small kitchen was well organized and easy to cook and clean up. Overall a great place to stay. I definitely recommend.

We came up for a small celebratory getaway after a small wedding ceremony held at our home in St. Cloud area. We appreciated that it was very dog friendly and also so close to Duluth. We were a bit unlucky with the weather as it turned pretty cold, windy and rainy, but were still able to use the hot tub intermittently and especially enjoyed the fireplace inside. There are also have really cute string lights setup overhead. It is a very cozy space. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, anything that was unsatisfactory was really just down to the weather which was not anyone's fault! Thanks, Chantel.

Lovely cabin with gorgeous Lake Superior views from almost every place in the house. Our family enjoyed the comfy beds, thoughtful design, and the ability to stay connected to the lake even when back at the cabin during our Lake Superior adventure.

Had a lovely time at Taryn’s cabin! Our favorite part was watching the sunset from the screened in porch. Beautiful! There was plenty of fire wood and kitchen utensils were expertly stocked!! We loved all the ceramic bowls and plates. The decor was darling and inside was well appointed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! Be wary of the buggy season, they were out in full force come nightfall. We will definitely be back!

Nice place with beautiful views of the lake. We were looking for a quiet place to unwind from work for a few days and this place fit our needs. Comfortable bed, easy to get to, and a large deck to sit out and enjoy the views. Would stay again!

Perfect location for riding CAMBA trails and close to Cable! We’ll definitely be back. There’s a bike shop right there in case you need anything, and the Telemark and Birkie finish are just around the corner.

A nice, peaceful, comfortable place to stay!

The Blue cabin was amazing. David and Laurie were excellent hosts, very experienced in hospitality and hosting guests. They were also very respectful of our privacy, but also super responsive for any raising needs or questions. Our dogs loved the place and freedom to roam.

Cathy’s communication was top notch. The tip to the secret waterfall was appreciated, along with the binder of other useful info.
