Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

La casa cuenta con unas increíbles vistas de todo el valle, ubicada en el alto de un paraje y rodeado de naturaleza. De hecho la casa está situada justo por encima del mirador del Valle, (foto stop obligada).

It is very comfortable, located next to the Ultzama Golf Course in a quiet environment without cars or annoying noises, beyond the mooing and whinnying of animals. The coast of Guipúzcoa and southern France, Baztán or Pamplona are a maximum of 45 minutes away.
