Stay in a medieval tower in the old town of Iphofen. Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

Apartment am Schlossberg

A cool apartment in the basement of a detached house on the outskirts of Neusitz, just a few kilometres from the historic Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy terrace in the garden. By car, it is only a few minutes to Rothenburg - shopping in the village is a five-minute walk away. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

The stylish accommodation can accommodate 1–2 people (one child up to 2 years old is also welcome and can sleep in the parents' bed). Vineyards, hiking trails and the historic old town of Marktbreit are easily accessible – ideal for couples, short breaks, business travellers and anyone who wants to discover Franconia.

Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Numerous leisure activities for families can be reached in about 20-60 minutes.

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town.
