Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Hüttenheim a country located small village, 7 km far from Iphofen, is near the Romantic Road , Wurzburg 35 km, Rothenburg ob der Tauber 40 km, Nuremberg 70 km, Bamberg 80 km and Dinkelsbühl 85 km, can be visited . The apartment 55 qm on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the upper floor, 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor),kitchen , shower / WC , terrace in front of the house . Dogs by arrangement .

Farm Apartment 1 - Gate to Paradise - 1 Bedroom

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two people. Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town.
