Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ionian Islands

Alles perfekt für uns. Wir konnten auch schon früh in das Haus, alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Wasser und Obst und Basisdinge wie Salz und Pfeffer waren vorhanden. Alles funktionierte. Wir hatten erwartet, dass sich das Haus direkt am Ufer des Sees befindet. So wirkte es auf den Fotos. Es ist allerdings am Berg. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Min. zum See. Danke für alles, wir hatten hier eine gute Zeit. Einer der draußen rumliegenden Hunde wurde unser Freund :-)

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone! We are family with two teenagers and they enjoyed having their own space. The views were magnificent! A church bell rings and a merchant comes through selling fruit. This house is everything lovely about Greece! 🇬🇷

If you are staying in Delphi do not hesitate to book Paris’ place. Amazing location and views very spacious, comfortable and well provided apartment. We came by bus so no car and found very limited shopping for provisions in Delphi so some provisions left out for breakfast especially appreciated. Many restaurants of course. You need to be physically able to come up the steps from Main Street and the final steps to the apartment. Highly recommended. Thanks Paris.

Es una casa tradicional restaurada con la máxima calidad y confort. Los materiales, aislamientos, decoración, una maravilla. Cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar, el baño cómodo y con estilo. Dormitorio de lujo, grande, artístico, con un colchón super confortable. Ventilador. En salón ventilador y aire acondicionado. Nosotros no lo hemos necesitado, pero en verano será muy útil. La terraza, un sueño. Vista indescriptible. En conjunto, la casa es mucho mejor que las fotos. El pueblo muy tranquilo, pero a 5 minutos de coche estás en Tyros Playa, donde hay de todo, comercios, restaurantes, puerto, playa, cafés, una panadería estupenda. En un radio de 15-30 min muchas playas espectaculares. Ilias, un amfitrión maravilloso, discreto y disponible. En fin, vale la pena visitar esta zona, auténtica y alejada de los circuitos más populares.

Ruhige Lage für Erholungssuchende sehr geeignet. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Natur pur, sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer.

So many good things to say about Christoforos’s place. The house was well equipped and really comfortable, both inside and outside. It was peaceful and relaxing but the real bonus was the view from the terrace and pool while lying on sun loungers - absolutely stunning. Our dogs loved the place and the local area as well. There are some great walks directly from the house or further afield. Nothing very flat - it’s a mountainous area so walks were hilly with fantastic views. Christoforos was a really attentive and communicative host and was always on hand to respond to questions.

Stamatis was a perfect host. We adored our stay in Liapades with our 1 year old son. The beaches nearby were incredible and lots of lovely tavernas nearby. The accomodation was great with lots of amenities!

Εξαιρετικό κτήμα με τέλειες βίλες άψογα διακοσμημένες , πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, φιλόξενοι και ζεστοί οικοδεσπότες. Το κατάλυμα ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement en bord de mer. La terrasse est parfaite et permet de profiter de la vue sur le mont de Monemvasia. La vieille ville est disponible à pied ou en voiture à 5min. Nous faisons le tour de la Grèce et c’est vraiment un logement coup de cœur que l’on recommande sans hésiter. Eleni est adorable et nous avions même des petites attentions à notre arrivée (oranges dans le frigo qui nous ont permis de faire de délicieux jus frais). Le hamac en terrasse est génial. La fenêtre au dessus du lit dispose de volet mais pas les autres. Nous avons en plus bénéficié d’une arrivée prématurée nous permettant de profiter d’autant plus de la vieille ville.

Lovely apartment with all amenities and an exquisite balcony with beautiful views of the water and the mountains. Pretty walkable to town center and restaurants. The place is very tastefully decorated. I hope to return. As a single female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you

Πολύ ωραία διαμονή και εξαιρετική η οικοδεσπότης

l'hôte a été très attentionnée en nous offrant un petit repas d'accueil : sandwiches, tomates, mangue, gâteaux, bières, jus de fruits... très appréciable car logement sur les hauteurs du village, au calme, avec balcon et vue, et donne envie de se poser.

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

Maria was such a kind host, immediately made us feel welcome. We had a little mishap when we arrived and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. Her dinner recommendation was the best experience we had in Greece. The apartment is adorable and the view is to die for!

this was such a wonderful and cozy stay. The jacuzzi was a welcome touch, and the fruit trees around were very nice. only a short 10 minute drive to the local town

Ένα πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο σπίτι με φανταστική πισίνα και θέα. Όμορφα δωμάτια και οι παροχές όπως ακριβώς αναφέρονται. Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο. Υ.Γ. Επειδή υπάρχουν κάποια σχόλια για το πάρκινγκ δεν συναντήσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα. Μια mercedes A180 μπαινοβγαίνει πανευκολα.

In dieser hochwertigen Villa waren wir für neun Nächte und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das recht neue Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Große Räume, eine Terasse mit tollem Meerblick und viel Ruhe. Man ist auf der Anhöhe komplett privat und kann die Ruhe genießen. Umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen wohnt man praktisch mitten in der Natur. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für den normalen Straßenfahrer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es vom Meer hoch zum Grundstück doch recht steil bergauf geht. Da aber praktisch kein Verkehr herrscht, kann man ganz entspannt und langsam hoch- bzw. runterfahren. In der Umgebung gibt es fantastische Strände (meisten mit Steinen) und nach Kalamata selbst fährt man ca. eine 1/2 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wer also Ruhe sucht und in einem modernen Haus mit viel Platz urlauben möchte, dem sei dieses Anwesen sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It looks exactly like the pictures and the views are stunning. It was the perfect space for two adults with our two teenage daughters. We got to spread out and enjoy quiet time alone and family time together. The pool is a great asset and we loved having it after exploring the island and the wonderful beaches each day. Barbara was extremely responsive and helpful and we did all the things suggested. Definitely pay attention to the advice given in regard to the size of the car needed to get up to the villa. We rented a mid size car, but it had a slightly smaller engine, and it was working pretty hard to get up the steep inclines. We’d advise a slightly bigger engine and an automatic. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beauty then this villa and Lefkada has it all. We hope to return one day!

Matula was the best host we could’ve asked for and both her and her husband Christos were the most hospitable, helpful, friendly couple! The house is the best on the island! fully equipped with everything and even more than you might need. Very spacious and clean with a huge balcony that looks over the Ionian sea. The views are honestly the best in the island and the way the house is built makes sure that you can enjoy them to the max from every room! The location is great as its close to the best beaches on the island, with easy access to villages, but also remote and quiet. We will definitely be coming back very soon, there is no better place to stay at Lefkada!

Had a lovely stay, highly recommended. Every detail has been thought of inc external mosquito window nets so you can open the windows without getting bitten and lots of nice small touches such as fresh bread, water and fruit upon check in. It’s a very clean, tidy villa in a quiet part of the village/town. It’s ideal if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It’s only a short 5-10 min walk to the local restaurants and shops.

The house very clean and have everything you need as a family. The host is great and help with everything and always with a smile and helpful . It’s looks like they really think about everything that you need for your vacation be the best The view amazing the place very private but still close to everything: center, beachs, supermarket Thank you for everything and hope we come again soon 🙏🏻

This place is amazing! I felt like I was living on a movie set. The house and the views were absolutely breath taking. Even though the house is a bit further from major cities— it’s worth it! Judy was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend!

הבית של ניקול נמצא במיקום מהמם משקיף על האגם ועל העיר איואנינה. לבית יש גינה גדולה עם פינות ישיבה ונוף פנורמי עוצר נשימה. הבית עצמו נעים, וכולל מטבח מאובזר, סלון נעים ואת כל מה שהיינו זקוקים לו. המיקום נוח לטיולים באיזור. 40 דק' נסיעה לזגוריה. ממליצים מאוד.
