Large main door flat with one en-suite bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and also a separate shower. Toiletries are supplied. There is a separate W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The living room has two couches, a smart TV with Freeview, DVD player & WiFi. On street parking only. There are bus stops to Edinburgh (approximately 50 mins) and the coastal towns of East Lothian just outside your front door. Self check in makes arrival more flexible. Strictly no smoking or pets.

Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. "We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing! We slept peacefully. We loved this apartment and wished we could stay here longer." (Guest review 2019)

On the fringes of Edinburgh with excellent train and bus links to the city this is a bright, first floor, riverside flat in coastal Musselburgh. Comfortable, with wonderful light, it's a great space to work, rest and play. Lovely local walks. Award winning bakery 2min away. Musselburgh train station is a 14min walk away (10min train to Edinburgh). There are a multitude of buses into Edinburgh (40min). Free Parking on a side street, and being close to the city bypass make a car convenient too.
