Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Phillip was an outstanding host, communication is key for me and he excelled at thay. My only issue is that the bed was firmer than I like but that didn't kill my stay or the vibe. A mattress topper would help make it more comfortable for those that have a preference when it comes to that.

Klaudia was great! She was very responsive and even gave us restaurant recommendations. Everything looked just as pictured and we had a great stay!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

It was me and wife 2 year Anniversary and we booked Philips place for a 5 day/4 night stay and we were not disappointed. Everything about this house was perfect. The back yard was very nice and private. The home itself is so spacious just makes you feel right at home. Everything we planned to do during our stay was within 30 minutes drive. The beach was literally 12 minutes from the property. A convenient place as it was near or around all the restaurants and shopping facilities. If we are ever in Jacksonville again, we are definitely going to be checking the availability of this property. Great host!!!!! Thanks for accommodating use during our stay…

The place was spot on to the listing. So many restaurants, shops and etc. within walking distance. Within blocks of the beach. We walked almost everywhere. I would book this place again, highly recommended.

We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

This was a beautiful creekside cottage just as described in the listing. We enjoyed the peaceful serenity of a quiet evening/night after spending much of the day out with our Jacksonville family and friends. It was a welcome respite indeed. We have stayed at several AirBnBs and this cottage was at the top for cleanliness… You will definitely enjoy the hot shower after a long day out. If you need a place close to downtown and surrounding areas we definitely recommend a stay here!

Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. Thank you for letting my family stay at your house and enjoy a relaxing weekend.

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. From the beginning she was quick with her responses. The actual location of the property was a bit difficult to navigate but only because we came in so late at night. The instructions were right on point and getting inside was easy with the keyless entry. We had everything we needed while there. The pool and foosball table were perfect for the boys. They had a blast the entire weekend. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Jacksonville.

Very home feeling, cool environment

This amazing home in Saint Augustine exceeded my expectations. It was lovely inside and out and truly felt like home with all of the special touches. The house is very central to Downtown and is an easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. We loved sitting outside by the fire pit and on the front porch. The parking is a big bonus and accommodated 2 SUV’s and my truck which was longer than usual due to kayaks in the back. I would not hesitate to stay again. We loved it!

My family and I stayed at Stephanie’s house for over a month and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The location is super walkable to the Jax Beach pier, bars, restaurants and we especially loved walking our daughter to Gonzales Park which is newly redone with pickle ball court and huge playground. Everything is so close! Can’t say enough good things!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. The kids absolutely loved it, and it felt like a perfect home away from home. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!

Our family had the sweetest time at this house! From the beautiful details on the inside of the home to being able to easily walk to the beach, stores and restaurants - it was the perfect getaway. Thankful for the space they have created!
