This fun, funky, vintage cottage built in the 1940's is just 4 blocks to the ocean, Seawalk Pavilion & Jax Beach Festivals, and 2 blocks to restaurants, Publix Grocery, Yoga studios and Ginger's Place (a haunted bar!). The downstairs unit of our family beach house has 3 bed/ 2 baths and a comfortably furnished open kitchen- living room. Everything is on one level! You can see the back yard from the kitchen through the glass doors which makes it also perfect for families with small kids who like to play outside. We leave the entire outdoor area for our guests, incl. deck, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, dining table and charcoal grill. No dogs allowed! Tyga our friendly cat lives upstairs and outside.

This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. Historic Amelia Island is also under an hour drive away making it another great day trip destination.
