We rent our very small studio (13 sqm) with private entrance for one or two people. WE DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. The bed (140 x 200 cm) can be transformed into a sofa in no time with a handle. Wi-Fi, a writing desk, a TV and a terrace seat are available. A private shower/toilet, bed linen with terry towels, hair dryer and hair shampoo are provided. There is a simple and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. You will be enchanted by this view. Switch off, do yoga on our yoga mats or enjoy a walk/hike by the lake or above Lake Thun. The kitchen is equipped with a table, hotplates, a refrigerator and everyday utensils. Books, a fire pit and washing facilities are also available. Hikes and the lake are just a few minutes' walk away.

Relaxation in the countryside with breakfast

Our house is quietly and idyllically located on the edge of a forest at the foot of the Lindenberg. The two guest rooms with two beds each, shower/toilet, lounge, balcony are in the new building and thus have their own entrance. Hohenrain is located between Lucerne and Lenzburg and between Sursee and Cham/Zug.
