Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Inman Park, Atlanta

Hayley’s place worked perfectly as a base to explore Atlanta. Close to Ponce City Market and the Beltline and easy to get into central Atlanta. Hayley is super friendly and helpful and the apartment is spacious but feels cozy. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back next time we’re in Atlanta.

This was a great stay. The bed was so comfortable that I accidentally ended up sleeping for nearly 12 hours. The location was also very close to a lot of spots that I visited. I would definitely visit again if I do another solo trip.

I had a host flake on me and Jeanne was very helpful allowing me to check in early. Beautiful, unique stay. Very responsive and kind.

This stay was a 10 out of 10. Lori’s place was better than described. There were so many amenities from snacks and drinks to extra toiletries. The house was extremely quiet at night and the place was huge and well taken care of. I really felt I was at home. Lori was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta.

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

The place was incredibly clean! The couch is comfortable, the blankets were soft & the pillows were wonderful. The lighting in the bedroom was very nice with all the morning sunlight coming in. Overall, the unit gets great natural light from all of the windows! Parking was easy & always available in the back. The neighborhood is very pretty - with nice homes, landscaping and trees. The location was also really nice - being a short walk to the beltline. It was also a short drive to places like: Evergreen Market & Butcher (great pastries & meatballs), the Georgia Aquarium, & Atlanta Botanic Garden! It was a great stay and I would definitely book again if in the area! ⭐️ One thing to note though was that there does seem to be some college aged students who stay up at night in the neighborhood/talking/playing music on the weekend. It wasn’t too loud though & my boyfriend & I were easily able to fall asleep still, but something to know for anyone who may be noise sensitive!

Cannot say enough about how cute the apartment is! Could move right in! The neighborhood is vibrant and adorable. We slept so well and we had everything we needed and more. What more can you ask for? We hope to come back again. The location is IDEAL for us. Thank you so much for having us!

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Had a great time staying at Laurie’s home. My family came down to Atlanta to visit my college roommate and this was a perfect place for us to stay. It was close to my roommate and was comfortable and safe. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. I especially loved the screened in porch, which was a great place to sit in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute, clean, well-appointed house in a good location. Check-in and check-out were easy (as is street parking). Caitlin was very communicative. I'd definitely recommend this house for a stay in Atlanta for two couples or a family of four.

We were in Atlanta for a family wedding. Originally we planned to stay for 5 days and needed to add an another night and Heidi was accommodating. The house had more than the standard amenities we have found in most homes, especially the kitchen which was welcomed. It is apparent that someone lives here part of the time due to clothes in closets. We picked the home due to proximity to both Inman Park and Kirkwood. Being close the beltline to run and walk was very important as well. Heidi even messaged ahead of the visit to inquire what beverages we might like complimentary. That was a nice touch. Only kinks were the main TV that was not able to be turned off and on by the remote but rather had to find a button on back and maneuver to turn on and off. Since the home is diagonal from an AT&T maintenance yard, there was some loud banging of equipment at 3:30 - 4:00AM. I suspect it doesn’t happen often but something to be aware of if you sleep lightly. We would return again.

Nice clean apartment. The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes really close by. The cabbage town and grant park neighborhoods are walkable. Friday and Saturday night the neighbors were a little bit loud but nothing over the top.

We loved our stay, this place is the perfect spot. All the attractions we wanted to see were less than 30 min away, many only 15 min away. The place was spotless, had a binder with recommendations, etc. We are hoping to come back soon and stay at this same spot.

it was a great stay for two families traveling together. Only a couple blocks away from Krog market and also a short walk from the tram that took us straight into Centennial Park. Street traffic and the hookah lounge across the street got a little bit noisy at night, but the kids slept fine and the house felt very private on the corner with its own little courtyard. Us grown-ups felt good that we could hang out in the back or in on the front porch without disturbing them. I'd stay here again.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Thomas has been really great. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Also very friendly when we got to meet him as well. His place is very comfortable and home-y. Well maintained and clean. Functional amenities. Also includes complimentary wine and drinks. Made our stay great. Thank you so much!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

Eve was an amazing host and the apartment was a super convenient location. But after dark there were several groups of men that hung out outside the building and would try to get in or sell drugs. Very very nice apartment would stay here again

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

I have such a good relation with host Andre, and so satisfied with the service and property that I've become a longtime booker with him. Great location, convenient access, and very helpful and responsive host, definitely recommended!!
