You are soothed by the wave's gentle rocking motion, lulling you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
