The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

The cabin is located high up. Sun much of the day/evening. Natural plot shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close by, you are on your own. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. Three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both near the cottage and on Värmdö, there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles available.

Welcome to the country in the heart of southern Stockholm. High up among the treetops, you will find this fully equipped cabin to spend your stay in. The cottage is located at the top of a mountain with fantastic views of the lake. You'll get free exercise in the hefty staircase leading up. Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Best suited for adult guests may the topography of the property.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.
